The location, cleanliness and comfort.
Lack of tea towel/hand towel in the kitchen and a soap/bottle holder in the shower. A hand towel rail near the basin would be good too.

A szállás nagyon jó helyen van, közel a Dómhoz. Metró megálló, kávézó, élelmiszerbolt, étterem a közelbe. A tulaj kedves volt, segítőkèsz. Értékmegőrzőtől kezdve az étteremig mindent ajánlott. A lakás tiszta, rendezett jól felszerelt. Örömömre redőnyök is voltak az ablakokon.
A kihúzható ágy a nappaliba lehetne kényelmesebb is. A tusolóba nincs egy polc se, ahova a tusfürdőt lehetne tenni.

We like the location & the apartment itself
Wish there could have been some bathroom hooks on the wall! Checking in was hard, the people who rented the apartment had a late checkout till after 1pm. We left our bags in the room while cleaners were there! Next day cleaner came in not sure what they did other than make the bed, no fresh towels! When we checked out we were told we could not have a late checkout not even an hour despite what happened to us when we arrived! Felt that we were an inconvenience & no allowances could be made! Customer service needs to addressed.
