Terrible stay. Not worth your money.

The location was good.

The apartment was very run down. The slatted bed bases were broken. The floor lamps didnt work. The water boiler was broken as well as the faucet in the kitchen. It wasn’t worth the 1500 euros we had to pay for it. It was a disgrace!

Very spacious and well-maintained apartment. Each of the two bedrooms had its own private bathroom, which was a great advantage and made our stay even more comfortable. The check-in instructions were provided in a very clear and easy to understand way. If we ever visit Milan again, we would definitely choose this apartment ☺️

The location, close by tram stop and metro station. Local cafe's friendly and good value.

Only 3 cups for 5 of us and couldn't find remotes for TV and stick ( not that we were overly looking to use the TV)

It would be nice to have în the property salt, pepper and a bit of oil when people arrive so you don’t have to go a buy

The property was in a good location and close to the metro station. The beds were comfortable and a good size apartment with 2 bathrooms.

It was not very clean, the pans were dirty, the window shutter în one of the bedrooms couldn’t open. The sofa was stained, there was no kettle or oven tray.

Ok but could be easily I improved

Location is perfect, very well connected to metro l, trams and buses. Close walk to supermarkets, restaurants and bars

The apartment isn't well advertised. It should be made aware that JOIVY has more than one apartment in this location. When booking the apartment it should be made clear which one you are booking so you are not only looking at the photos. I was under the impression I would have a balcony but this is not the case. The air conditioner was hardly working which is essential for summer in Milan. The hair dryer was a joke needs to be trashed. With very little this apartment could be perfect but unfortunately there isn't alot of effort made. The kitchen is equipped but offers nothing in the way of basic essentials (tea, coffee, acqua, oil, sugar salt/pepper) when traveling for work and for short periods it's extremely frustrating that not even these essentials can be offered. It can change the experience from great to mehhh. Doesn't take alot to leave a coffee a day for the amount of days especially with the average price per night. As far as decorations there is still empty IKEA photo frames hanging on the wall with the measurement in the price of the frame.... I mean come on... Little things

Pretty fair price

Very close to public transport (tram and metro), quite close to the city center, about 15 minutes walk. The apartment has all the amenities and is clean.

The air conditioning in the apartment was not working, it was very hot. No intervention was made even after the problem was brought to the attention of the owner.

to die for comfortable beds! lovely and clean, peaceful. Just needed hot water for a shower

it was a little tricky to figure out the key but we got it in the end. Very grateful you have someone we can call, and they answered immediately. Very secure and easy to come and go once you know how!

there was no hot water. I called to ask about it. The guy on the phone asked me to look for a hot water tank. I could not find it/. I shceudled a technician to come over but since we were only saying one night - we showered the morning of check-out - it was a futile effort. We had checked out by the time the technician arrived. Also the bathroom sink wouldn't drain and smelled funny.

Great place to stay in Milan

The apartment was nice, very clean, comfortable and spacious, everything worked well and was provided in the kitchen, bathroom etc. The location was great too, quiet area, with supermarket close by, bars, and public transport. Would definitely come back to this place.

The only thing I have to say is that the check out time is too early at 10AM, would be best at 12:00PM or 13:00PM.

Locatie is goed, prima bereikbaar. De uitleg over hoe de voordeur en het sleutelkastje werken was prima. Ideaal dat er een goed werkende wasmachine en droger is.

Er was geen zitruimte, alleen een 1 persoonsfauteuil met een bijzettafeltje waarvan 1 wiel was afgebroken. Badkamers oogden niet superschoon. De rest wel.

Teplota na ubytovani bola 14 stupnov. Ked sme prismi na ubytovanie vaetky termistaty boli vypnute. Nasledne sme poprosili o riesenie a dodanie paplonov alebo diek, mtore nam boli prislubene ale neboli dodane do oonca pobytu. Taktiez keby sme si zapli sami a nikto nam nepomohol.

Apartamentul este mare

Nu am avut tacâmuri decât un singur cuțit în toată casa. Proprietatea părea neîngrijită. Pereții foarte murdari, ruleta din un din camere este nefuncțională. Apartamentul se încălzește foarte greu, prima noapte am stat în frig. Procedura de cazare este foarte grea, implică completarea unui formular în urma căruia se primesc informații pentru cazare- acel formular se blochează, nu poți completa - nouă ne-a luat două zile să completăm ceea ce ne-a adus mult stres.

Ograniczone wyposażenie kuchni w drobne Agd - np. 1 łyżeczka. ( przy 6 odobach). W opisie była mowa o kosmetykach - szerokie pojęcie (było mydełko i mała fiolka z płynem do kąpieli) - szt. 4. - ale blisko do sklepu i można braki uzupełnić jeśli nie byłeś pdzewidujący. Za to wyposażenie kuchni w sprzęty pełne: mikrofalówka, płyta indukcyjna, kawiarka, zmywarka, pralka, suszarka.

Die Lage ist gut. Der Zugang und die Kommunikation unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist abgelebt. Das Sofa und der Sessel wirklich sehr ekelhaft dreckig. Die Spülmaschine ist defekt. In einem der Bäder gibt es kein warmes Wasser. Die Heizung war Ende Oktober noch nicht in Betrieb.

Mala comunicación con el alojamiento... fregadero estaba sucio y con muy malos olores. Hemos pasado frío no se podía subir l temperatura de la calefacción. No había nórdicos para las camas , secador de pelo le faltaba clavija no funcionaba.

El apartamento es coqueto y el personal respondió pronto y con amabilidad

El aire acondicionado no funcionaba bien. No conseguimos bajar la temperatura del apartamento por debajo de los 31 grados en ningún momento de los tres días que estuvimos allí, por lo que la valoración no puede ser buena. Nos dijeron que en Italia está limitada la temperatura a 27grados por ley y punto, no nos dieron soluciones cuando les dijimos que se las tres salidas de aire solo funcionaba una. Limpieza mejorable. Además era ático y en la habitación y baño muy incómodo por la altura del techo.
