Lovely appartment

Appartment with character and air conditioning on one of the hottest days ever in Milan. It was great having friendly reception staff. Nicely located within the city centre but far enough out for a quiet night.

When we turned up to the property, our booking was not on the system. We had to wait almost 45-60 mins trying to check in. Eventually it was on the system and we got checked in. When we checked out the manager was very rude and rushed us out the hostel even though our check out was at 10. We paid for a whole day of parking for €30 but he told us after 12 hours to move the car.

Not recommended, too good rating

Location is really good. Walkable to the Duomo Milano even with the kids. Clean enough. Reception work late. Not for long stay and you will pay for parking a lot, so you could use a better apartment instead

This is listed as New Generation Hostel on Google Maps, so don’t be misled. The entire place had terrible LED lighting, and there was a strong smell of weed at the entrance (though not in the room). We were traveling with kids, so we didn’t enjoy the stay much. It’s okay for 1–2 nights at most, but definitely not suitable for families. The pillows were like bricks—9 of us agreed on that. The listing title says parking is included, but in very small print it mentions that it actually costs €30 per night per car. We arrived from the airport late at night, and the person at reception didn’t seem to know anything. The check-in process took a very long time, which was not a pleasant experience after our flight. The receptionist told us we would get parking, but we didn’t. Also, we were informed that checkout was by 11 AM, but the next day, a different receptionist insisted we check out by 10 AM or pay for another full night. We only needed two more hours to get ready after a late flight and even offered to pay extra, just not a full night’s price. To sum up — not recommended, especially for families. good review rate for this place

Il posto è carino, pulito e molto ben situato. Ci è piaciuto molto e senza dubbio torneremmo a soggiornare. Molto vicino al centro di Milano, la zona è piacevole e molto bella.

Quello che ci è piaciuto di meno è stato che non siamo riusciti a trovare subito l’indirizzo, perché non è preciso nelle informazioni dell’applicazione. Inoltre, dovrebbe essere aggiornato il numero di telefono di contatto, poiché non corrisponde alla persona di riferimento dell’alloggio.

El apartamento en sí está bien para 6 personas máximo, no para hasta 10 como dice el anuncio, tiene 3 camas dobles.

El trato con Elisabetta, muy borde, nuestro llegaba temprano y el checking era a las 17 y salida a las 10, lo que ya me parece un abuso increíble, esta moda de poner el checking por la tarde debería estar prohibida, una cosa es dejar lógicamente un tiempo para poder limpiar el apartamento entre cliente y cliente y otra cosa es pagar por 17 horas de estancia. Le pedimos poder dejar las mochilas al menos como en todos los sitios del mundo a los que hemos viajado y que por horario de llegada llegábamos antes y su respuesta fue que teníamos que pagar 40€ más para poder hacerlo. Para colmo me exigía que los mensajes se los enviara en inglés, yo no hablo inglés, cuando me tengo que comunicar en ese idioma recurro a un traductor y ella podría hacer perfectamente lo mismo pero no le daba la gana al parecer, en fin muy desagua le. En el edificio que está que es un hostel hace un calor infernal, en el apartamento hay aire acondicionado menos mal. Pero subir en el ascensor y atravesar el pasillo largo hasta llegar al apartamento es literalmente pasar por una sauna increíble, en fin, una experiencia poco agradable por las formas de la anfitriona, a la que por supuesto no vimos el pelo, porque las gestiones las haces en la recepción del hostel del edificio.

Összességében rendben volt minden.

7 főnek foglaltuk a szállást, elég jól elfértünk, bár kevés időt töltöttünk ott. A kulcs átvétele könnyen, rugalmasan ment. A lakás rendezett, és tiszta volt. A szekrényekben találtunk takarókat, amire szükség volt. Az épület a villamos megállótól pár perc sétára van, Naviglitől pedig egy kényelmes távolságra, így este is gond nélkül tudtunk hazasétálni. A közvetlen környéken rengeteg reggeliző, kávézó található. Nagyon jó környék. Csendes, de mégis központi.

Nem kértünk reggelit, és a közvetlen környéken nem találtunk élelmiszer boltot. Az ágyak, amin a nappaliban aludtunk, kanapé és fotelágyak voltak, és nem mondható kényelmesnek. A fotelágy első része kerti bútorral volt alul alátámasztva. Bár 10 főig van lehetőség foglalni, de a 7 főnek is nehézkes volt az 1 fürdőszoba és WC, amik ráadásul együtt voltak, így rengeteg időt töltöttünk várakozással, hogy bejussunk mosdóba, vagy fürdeni. Nincs tv.
