Sweett - Torre Velasca

The location was excellent. The communication was fantastic. The apartment was clean and beds really comfortable.

The living area was quite small especially for 6 people. The kitchen, although a good size, wasn’t well equipped. The oven/microwave was challenging to work out and no manual provided. We had to download the instructions from the internet to figure out how it worked. Some of the pots & pans didn’t work on the stove top either.

the location and the apartment is clean and comfortable.

Location was great, security excellent, ease to check in and out. Well equipped and modern.

Cold in style, and beds not overly comfortable, was quite pricey when compared with Florence and Rome but Milan seemed expensive in general but it makes up for what it lack with location and ease

The location is perfect, 8-10 mins walk to Duomo, supermarket is nearby.

The hotel lobby is situated in another building, 150 meters away from the apartment. By the way, the lobby doesn’t work on weekends (surprise!), and you can’t leave your baggage anywhere else but in the luggage storage of the nearest car park - for an extra charge, of course. We came to the lobby on Saturday, and an unfriendly guy told us we couldn’t leave our things there. He claimed it was written in the booking info, but I haven't seen it. Also, there was no hot water in both showers in the apartment. The water was just barely warm. The apartment looks better in the pictures than in reality.
