The location and the apartment is great. There are dish machin and washing machine. They had detergent to use for washing machine

Even we paid almost 50 Euros for cleaning fee but they asked us to take out trash and leave the house clean.

The location was great, the metro station was literally just around the corner, and it was easy to walk to the main attractions. There were also grocery stores within walking distance. The washing machine and dishwasher were very convenient, especially for a longer stay. Check-in, check-out and opening the door through the website/app were also very easy and convenient. The beds were comfortable and we slept well.

The apartment and the appliances are quite old and well-used. Everything worked, but overall the apartment feels a little dated. In my opinion, it would benefit from some renovation and replacing some of the older appliances.

The room was spacious, and the location was excellent, with the city centre only a 5-minute walk away. There were plenty of supermarkets, restaurants, and shops nearby, making it very convenient. The tube station was also just a 3-minute walk from the hotel, providing easy access to the rest of the city. Overall, it was a comfortable stay in a great location.

The only thing I didn't like was the memory foam bed, which I found uncomfortable was too soft for me. Other than that, everything was good.

The location is perfect, 8-10 mins walk to Duomo, supermarket is nearby.

The hotel lobby is situated in another building, 150 meters away from the apartment. By the way, the lobby doesn’t work on weekends (surprise!), and you can’t leave your baggage anywhere else but in the luggage storage of the nearest car park - for an extra charge, of course.We came to the lobby on Saturday, and an unfriendly guy told us we couldn’t leave our things there. He claimed it was written in the booking info, but I haven't seen it. Also, there was no hot water in both showers in the apartment. The water was just barely warm. The apartment looks better in the pictures than in reality.
