Overall a pleasant stay

We booked last minute during the Olympics and at the start of half term holidays. The apartment was generally clean, great value and a short stroll to the Duomo. The space was a little cramped, the large bedroom door didn’t close as the bed took up the space, it was just two of us so this didn’t matter. The small sofa could do with cleaning or replacing and the double bed slanted down on both sides. Our stay was just for 2 nights and as a last minute booking at this time, great value.

Uncomfortable mattress!

Location was quite good and very clean.

The mattress was the most uncomfortable mattress I have ever slept on! Felt like I was sleeping on a wooden board! Very noisy outside and this room is all the way up on the fifth floor! Although kindly provided the coffee was awful! All in all did not sleep much at all which ruins the whole trip. Also there is no sofa the photo is incorrect it is just a bed there.

Excellent property, close to everything!

The apartment was perfect for our family. It was close to everything, very clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable we were very grateful for the air conditioner to give us some relief from the heat after exploring Milan throughout the day. The hosts were extremely considerate, letting us check in early and doing lots of little things like providing water bottles in the fridge, individual slippers and giving us delicious pods for the espresso machine. Definitely our favourite accommodation we have had so far in our 35 days of travelling! Thank you.

Great value in central location

Location very central. Very quiet (though students do gather for Friday night drinks. We didn't really hear them too much). Spacious apartment. Lots of light. Clean. 2 mins walk to Metro (to from airport and other lines). Grocery and restaurants close by. Great that the host allows luggage storage from early until 6:30pm. Nice they offered coffee and water upon arrival.

Furniture is a little older but for the price, it's really very good considering how central.

Close to the city centre but can be improved with air conditioning which can help drown out the noise outside.

Location and cleanliness were good but the apartment has no air conditioning so we found it difficult to sleep at night. There were a lot of noise outside which disturbed our sleep.

just what we were looking for

very central and perfect for what we were looking for. there is two bad things i’d say about property, 1. it was a bit nosey and i could hear people coming and going next door in the next apartment 2, the shutters in the bedroom wouldn’t work and go up and there was a terrible breeze causing the shutters to shake and make a loud noise all night which caused me to be awaken

i loved the location and was perfect for us. the shower was amazing

Likes: The location is the best The toilet is fitted with a bidet 🤍🤍 bonus The equipments although I didn’t use at all but there was a washing machine a fully equipped kitchen TV 4 bottles of water coffee capsules and tea and sugar lovely welcoming touch appreciated 🤍 Dislikes: The beds, mattress were not comfortable not straight in the middle it is sinking down Two bedrooms but only one person can fit in the bed in a room so it is for 2 people maximum so if you are looking for spacious room this is not for you. The AC is set to a temperature that cannot be adjusted and it was hot at night no net attached to windows in case of windows open No reception physically no receptionist except what’s app contacts and to be honest they reply’s instantly I stayed 4 nights

🔴 People, be vigilant!!! Rent hotels and not ugly apartments 🔴

Good location

Fraud! When booking you will find a photo of a beautiful apartment of 70 sq.m. with two bedrooms, a balcony and a large living room with two blue sofas. In fact, you will be provided with an ugly apartment (I think a maximum of 35sq.m.), with poor repair, a dirty sofa (photo attached), old uncomfortable and small beds (1.3 meters wide). Very little space. If you sit in the toilet on the toilet, and someone needs to wash your hands, you get a door on your forehead. When you pay the 30 euro city rate leaving the card details, without your consent, the card will charge a deposit of 350 euros. The apartment does not correspond to the stated reality on the site. When I complained to the landlord that I had moved to the wrong apartment I had booked, I was told that booking.com had made a mistake. This is the first time I’ve faced this kind of attitude and deception.

The apartment wasn’t clean! The check in process was very difficult and long! They charged us the cleaning tax but they only cleaned our apartment after the checkout!!!! On top of everything, there’s a hefty deposit fee to be held captive before check in.

Good location, close to the duomo but in a rather quiet neighborhood. With kitchen.

Window shades were partly broken, and the still working ones don't really cover the sun light in the morning. Woke up by sun rise at 6am everyday.

SCAM

SCAM, I was not given the room - on the day of arrival, after going through all approvals (ID, personal info, etc) via email, I received another email from a different suspicious Sweet Inn email account that said that the apartment was not available due to maintenance issues. Sweet Inn did not cancel the reservation on booking and still tried to get the money from my card. Their helpline did not work. Booking was quite useless/pathetic in all this, they could not reach Sweet Inn and did not offer to refund me in any way.

Disappointing Customer service with no remorse or compensation.

IT’s location

We were there for 4 nights and we had not hot water at all and when we let Sweet Inn know by email and phone on numerous days, they keep saying they couldn’t help us as we need to contact Booking. Com , they didn’t do anything to help us . 7 people without warm showers for 4 days , Sweet inn staff were very disappointing and were no help at all , They told us they would move us to different apartments but each day came and there was no movement.

Good location, nice apartment

The location is pretty close to the Duomo and there's a café and supermarket nearby. You can open and close the door via a website, which is pretty convenient but you can also use the pin pad next to the door as well. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee was good quality

No balconies and no smoking area in the building at all. If you are a smoker you have to go outside of the building to smoke which was pretty disappointing and inconvenient since most of us are smokers. For our 3 days stay they only provided 6 coffee capsules for the 6 of us, so you have to buy your own capsules from the supermarket or go to a café if you want to drink more.
