Avoid

It is almost impossible to sleep in this apartment. I cannot give a higher score than 1. The windows are not sound proof and you can hear everything from outside. Even though it was the 4th floor!

Perfection!

It was perfect! Even better than a hotel! We were so lucky to find two apartments for my family, and they were amazing! The rooms were well equipped with everything you need, the locations was 3 minutes away from the Duomo, but quiet and peaceful. Very secure, amazing service and great communication with the host. I could not ask for more! One of the best bookings I've ever had! I hope, if I ever visit Milano again, to stay in the same place!

The location is superb. The apartment was so clean and everything was up to the standards. Very spacious and had all the facilities you might need.I had the best sleep during my stay here. I'll definitely come back.

The apartment is verry noisy, the windows can’t fully close, letting the sound from the nightclub and tram nearby into the apartment. Also, the sofa isn’t really confortable😢.

Very short stay to fully enjoy.

It was relatively easy to use the codes in order to get inside a building and an apartment. The apartment door was opened with my phone first time.

It was not explained to me and I could not find the explanation on how to lock my apartment door. After trying many things, I was able to figure it out. Therefore, I wish there was some explanation provided about that as well.

Location is 5 mins walk from the duomo. Make sure to catch the metro to duomo and walk other metro stations are quiet on exit.

The lift felt claustrophobic however normal for Italy - we took the stairs. Books specifically for balcony however doors were locked and solution came roo late for rectification during our stay.

Great location and awesome apartment, but needs a little TLC

Location

The air conditioner is not sized properly. The room doesn't cool to even 23 degrees Celsius. The bathroom had mold on the bottom of the door frame and a smelled very bad like sewer gates were coming up to the bathroom.

The AC wasn't working properly in the living room, and generally, it doesn't operate from 9 PM to 6 AM due to Italy's energy regulations in public buildings, unlike in other places. When I say the AC is off, it blows hot air. I couldn't sleep well during my entire stay because the temperature inside the room was extremely hot, over 36 degrees. June is quite hot in Italy.

Avoid if you like to sleep with windows open

+ Online checkin and checkout. + prompt communication and clean instructions + short distance to metro + spacious

+ terrible mattress. Super uncomfortable. + street too noisy until 2am, impossible to sleep with windows open. + too hot and the air conditioning was useless. There’s a fan too, but that didn’t help up when inside the room temperature was 36C.

It is central situated, few minutes woking to the Duomo di Milano.

We were not very happy to have to download the Sweett Inn app in order to get the access codes, and have 300 EUR blocked on the credit card, as warranty - this was never mentioned, and we did not booked the property on the Sweett Inn, but on Booking. Also, additional house rules are listed on Sweett Inn app

Small cosy apartment in a great location for exploring Milan.

The property is located in a great area, surrounded by the main attractions and also has a metro station nearby from which you can reach mostly any part of the city. The apartment itself is modern and cosy, had all the stuff that we needed.

It gets pretty noisy from all those street singers around Duomo, so if it would be a hot day and you wanted to sleep with your windows open, that might be a problem.

It's an over priced apartment. Booking is not to be trusted again. Most of the functions were damaged (AC barely funtioning, dishwasher and iron machine broken.) They put for 3 aduts for 5 days one small soap, one toothbrush (to be shared ???) , 2 mini shampoo for 5 days ....
