Unprofessionell, um keinen Preis in der Welt nochmals

Ich bewerte hier das Studio, was ich ursprünglich gebucht hatte, und es tut mir leid zu sagen, dass das einzig Gute die Nähe zum San Siro ist. Alles andere verdient keine genügende Note. Doch, etwas noch: die Besitzerin hat mir ohne Aufpreis eine Wohnung angeboten, weil das in dem Studio einfach nicht funktioniert hat.

Das silbrige Studio ist feucht und kalt. Das Klimagerät (das auch heizen kann) vermag den Raum mit viel Müh' und Not nur auf knapp 18 Grad aufzuwärmen. Die Ausstattung in der Küche war wirklich ungenügend und ich musste für ein paar Sachen mehrmals nachfragen; eine richtige Tasse habe ich nie bekommen. DAS Problem für mich war, dass ich mich nie ernstgenommen fühlte, auch als ich in der Ersatzwohnung war ist man immer wieder auf das Studio zurückgekommen. Niemand sonst hätte je ein Problem gehabt... Auch die Küchenutensilien/Geschirr, das ich nachfragte: ich musste es aus der Nase ziehen, Bilder auf Google zeigen um halbwegs Basics zu bekommen. Der Hausmeister fragte mich gar einmal, ob ich das erste Mal koche... Das WLAN hat zuerst nicht funktioniert, und das wurde zwar widerwillig behoben, aber ich wurde belächelt. Auf Englisch würde man sagen, "my concerns were constantly dismissed".

L’appartement était propre

Absence de fenêtre. Communication via WhatsApp, sans contact direct avec le propriétaire, le check-in étant effectué par un voisin. Parking privé facturé 15 € par jour.

Assolutamente consigliato

L'alloggio è pulito. È piccolo ma accogliente e bello da vedere. La signora che lo gestisce è disponibile. L'essenziale non manca. Ci sono le pompe di calore per cui si può gestire il riscaldamento d'inverno e l'aria condizionata d'estate. Quando siamo arrivati hanno fatto trovare l'alloggio già caldo. Consigliato. Con un supplemento c'è la possibilità del posto auto all'interno del cortile.

Mancano le lenzuola

Recentemente ristrutturato.

La mia esperienza presso questa struttura è stata purtroppo molto deludente. Le camere presentavano evidenti carenze nella pulizia: polvere su tutte le mensole e, su una di queste, addirittura una lente a contatto usata (aggiungo foto). La doccia piena di calcare (aggiungo foto). I letti erano forniti solo del lenzuolo con gli angoli con presenza di pelucchi (aggiungo foto), senza lenzuola superiori. Questo mi ha costretto a dormire a diretto contatto con il piumone, che chiaramente non può essere lavato quotidianamente, rendendo il tutto poco igienico. Ho segnalato il problema alla signora Simonetta alle 22:30, ma la risposta è arrivata solo a mezzanotte, dicendo che ormai era troppo tardi per portare le lenzuola e attribuendo la colpa a me perché non avevo avvisato prima. Anche le istruzioni per il Wi-Fi non erano presenti nell’alloggio. Ho dovuto chiederle, sempre alle 22:30, e mi sono state fornite soltanto a mezzanotte. Un altro punto critico riguarda i parcheggi: nel raggio di chilometri ci sono solo posti a strisce gialle, riservati ai residenti, ma questo dettaglio non è menzionato nell’annuncio. Arrivati sul posto ci si trova praticamente costretti a usufruire del parcheggio privato della struttura a 15€, un costo che definirei occulto e quasi obbligatorio. Inoltre, il parcheggio non è affatto comodo: più un’area improvvisata sotto un balcone, con spazi molto stretti. Con un’auto grande, parcheggiare diventa davvero complicato; un SUV probabilmente non entrerebbe. Mi è stato inoltre chiesto un supplemento di 20€ per effettuare il check-in anche solo poco prima delle 15:00. La questione delle lenzuola è stata la più assurda: ho dovuto dormire scoperto e l’appartamento non dispone di riscaldamento tradizionale, ma solo di climatizzatore con pompa di calore, insufficiente per riscaldare adeguatamente la stanza. Ne è risultata una nottataccia davvero difficile, che non auguro a nessuno.

Udany pobyt AC Milan wygrał z Romą!!! ;-)

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, jeśli wybierasz się na mecz na San Siro. Generalnie do metra ok. 550 m, także ok.

Brak korkociągu do wina co we Włoszech jest i powinno być standardem ;-)

Wir haben eingegeben das wir 14-15 Uhr einchecken aber wir Waren dort da war niemand da und es steht B&B Hotel nach dem ich es bezahlt habe habe ich ganz andere Adresse bekommen und es war kein Hotel sondern Wohnung Wir standen da und konnten niemanden erreichen ich war gezwungen einen anderen Hotel zu nehmen weil ich einen Termin um 16:30 Uhr hatte und Erst um 17 Uhr hat sie der Haus Besitzer bei uns gemeldet es war aber leider viel zu spät und hat sich verweigert bis zum heutigen Tage unser Geld zurück zu überweisen obwohl wir gar nicht rein gekommen sind Und hatte auch die Nachbar gefragt ob da ein Hotel ist aber keiner wusste von dem B&B Hotel Nur Betrüger

Posizione ottimale. Silenzioso, Climatizzato efficientemente. Pulito. Doccia efficiente. Letto confortevole.

Posizione ottima per San Siro, a circa 7/8 minuti a piedi. Pulizia ottima, molto accogliente e soprattutto tutto nuovo.

Che nella descrizione è chiaramente scritto “parcheggio gratuito in strada” ma son tutti parcheggi di residenti e i più “vicini” son a pagamento. Altrimenti vi faranno pagare 15€ per mettere la macchina nel parcheggio/giardinetto dentro la struttura. A parere mio dovrebbe essere compreso nel prezzo, per quel che costa dormire una notte qui. O Comunque dovreste segnalarlo.

Non era specificato in annuncio che tra le offerte era presente un appartamento, che ci è stato assegnato, leggermente sottoposto alla strada ed unica aereazione con 2 finestre altezza 2 metri, nessun ulteriore affaccio. Tra le foto invece si vedevano diverse balconate, cosa che ci ha tratto in inganno. Il letto, unico, era un divano letto matrimoniale. Assenza di tv, colazione non offerta anche se il nome è B&B, magari una specifica ulteriore sarebbe gradita.

Vicinissimo a metro e stadio san siro Nuovo e arredato bene Parcheggio a disposizione, sicurezza dell'appartamento, gentilezza del proprietario.
