Host molto disponibile e comunicazione chiara fin dal primo contatto. Ho apprezzato particolarmente il video con le istruzioni per l'accesso all'appartamento, molto più pratico delle classiche foto e davvero utile per trovare facilmente il percorso e utilizzare i codici di ingresso.Comodo anche il sistema di ritiro delle chiavi, che rende il check-in semplice e autonomo. L'appartamento è accogliente, luminoso e ben arredato. La cucina, pur essendo piccola, è dotata del necessario, il bagno è spazioso e la presenza della lavatrice e del condizionatore d'aria è un valore aggiunto.
Sarebbe utile aggiungere alcune prese multiple nella camera da letto e mettere a disposizione qualche capsula per la macchina del caffè. Inoltre, avrei gradito la presenza di shampoo e bagnoschiuma separati, poiché era disponibile soltanto un unico detergente generico e in quantità limitata.

Non abbiamo trovato l’acqua fredda per farci una doccia di una temperatura adatta senza doverci bruciare con l’acqua troppo calda, la mancanza di un climatizzatore nella camera da letto e le zanzariere le consiglierei.
