Dirty and very complicated check-in

Location

It was dirty and unattended: dusty floor not cleaned, broken things everywhere. And for the most part VERY complicated check in process. We were required to fill in 3 pages of info and upload 3 pictures including a selfi 🙁 terrible

When you don’t want to spend money for renovation

Location good, communication good, but if you tell something wrong they are offended.

The gas boiler was so loud it was really hard to sleep in the livingroom. Curtains almost falling off and they can see you from outside because the shutter was stucked at the top and mold was on the wall in the bathroom, sink broken in the kitchen. Soo please spend some money for renovation, because it would be ok, but you can see they dont want to spend any money on the apartment.

Great

Everything was great, super location near to the stadion San Siro. Metro is cca 10 min walk and supermarket is around 50 m from apartment, and there you can buy all that you need. Parking is possible at the street and we found it without any problem, just in front of the building. Communication with the host was very easy and we got all the informations that we needed. I definitely recommend this apartment.

Terrible experience – absolutely do not recommend!

The apartment was in a completely neglected and uncomfortable condition. The curtains were torn and hanging off, the toilet seat was broken, and the bathroom door didn’t even close – not even basic hygiene or privacy was possible. The washing machine was leaking water, creating a constant risk of mold and damage. The sofa was unusable – a metal bar inside was poking through and made it impossible to sleep on. In the bedroom, the bed slats and mattress kept collapsing and falling apart, making it unsafe and completely uncomfortable. The entire place was full of dust, like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. The towels and bed linens were mismatched and in all sorts of random colors – they honestly looked like they had been picked out of a dumpster. The kitchen tap was bent and damaged, and there wasn’t even a basic item like a kettle. It lacked the most essential things for a decent stay. I didn’t take photos because I was in Milan to explore the city, not to document how horrible the apartment was.

Great apartment in outskirts of Milan

The apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable and it felt safe and secure and the free parking was great too.

The apartment was great however the following few improvements woukd make it awesome. The apartment had a lot of equipment however in 40 years of travel, the first time there wasn't a kettle and one would've been much appreciated as a cup of tea as soon as arriving or first thing in the morning is great. Also even though the coffee machine was there, there were no pods and at least a few pods left in the kitchen would've been great until we actually go shopping and buy more pods as we experienced in our other apartments during this holiday.

Free parking space in front of a building, host who let us that we do a check out one hour later, great communication with the host, quiet neighborhood, supermarket and coffee shop nearby, comfy bed...

Metro is not that close, but if you want to feel and experience the streets of Milana, walk to metro station is a great oportunite. In app, we had a little problem with cistern of a toilet, but nothing we couldn't fix.

Everything was really clean , the Facilities were really perfect and completed. We had car , so we didn't have any problem with the location , even we don't know about public transport.

Kitchen , Location close to metro

Check in is hard. For online check in system take commission fee. There is no private parking area. They say you can park on way but signs on the way say otherwise . Cleaning not enough. There's not enough towel and bed linen .It is not nice that they come to the door at 10:00 on the check out. And lighting is not enough

Objekt je u neposrednoj blizini i nudi odličnu lokaciju za posjet stadionu San Siro. S druge strane, centar grada je dobro povezan javnim prijevozom. Komunikacija s voditeljem objekta je jednostavna i profesionalna. Proces ulaska i izlaska je tekla vrlo lako uz jasne upute koje smo dobili na dan dolaska.

Zvučna izolacija u zgradi je jako loše odrađena, tako da je buka iz susjednog stana radila problem u večernjim satima. Smještaj bi trebalo obnoviti u nekim segmentima.

Laba atrašanās vieta, bez stāvvietas. Internets labs, viss nepieciešamais ir pieejams, laba komunikācija.

Veļas mašīna negāja, pludoja un trokšņoja, krāns virtuvē salauzts, trauki ieplēsti. Dzerot no glāzes sagriezos. Podu nolaist nav normāli iespējams. Tualetes papīrs nepietiekams daudzums. Nebija instrukcijas kā palaist elektrību uz ierīcēm virtuvē, ka jāieslēdz speciāli slēdži, dīvāns jāmaina, izgulēts. Nebija pieliktu aizkari un logu restes nedarbojās nolaišana, bet pirmajam stāvam tas ir svarīgi. Viss tika nosūtīts komunikatoram, bet nekas netika labots, visu novēla uz iepriekšējiem īrniekiem, lai gan apkopējiem bija jāparūpējas, lai dzīvoklis ir sakopts.

Comodità pulizia e ordine sono eccellenti. Il proprietario gentilissimo e disponibile.

Alcune cose per quanto riguarda la manutenzione di alcune attrezzature d’uso pratico sono da rivedere, caldaia troppo rumorosa nelle ore notturne. Condizionatore da rivedere.

We hebben één nacht in dit appartement in Milaan overnacht en dat beviel uitstekend. Het appartement was netjes en verzorgd, met een prima prijs-kwaliteitverhouding. De locatie is op zich goed, al is parkeren niet altijd direct voor de deur mogelijk, waardoor je soms even moet zoeken. Voor ons korte verblijf was het perfect – zeker een aanrader!

Het enige puntje om rekening mee te houden is het online incheckproces: dit duurde wat langer dan ik gewend ben. Er werd om veel gegevens gevraagd (van alle gasten), inclusief het uploaden van paspoort en selfie. Niet onoverkomelijk, maar je moet er wel even de tijd voor nemen.

Ładny i czysty apartament w świetnej cenie. Wszystko było na miejscu - całe wyposażenie kuchni, żelazko, pralka, chemia gospodarcza. Blisko znajduje się market, 15 minut pieszo na metro, z którego do centrum można się dostać w 10 minut.

Prima appartement in de buurt van San Siro

Schone ruime kamers met keuken badkamer, goed bed in de slaapkamer. Geen host gezien, sleutel via een sleutelkastje. Rustige buurt. Kwartier lopen naar de metro, grote supermarkt aan het andere einde van de straat.

De Slaapbank in de woonkamer kan beter. Verder is parkeren vaag met gele strepen. een omwonende vertelde dat er maar zelden (1x per jaar) gecontroleerd wordt, dus zal wel meevallen maar officieel mag je er niet gratis staan.

Appartamento in zona ottima, tranquilla. Completamente nuovo, pulito, letto e divano letto molto comodi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 4 e ci siamo trovati davvero bene, sicuramente torneremo!
