Great Terrace and Veranda, nice rooms for family, large television in living room.
Very kind and helpful host.
We mainly chose this appartment, as closeby to friends we were visiting.
Cute squirrels visiting us on the terrace.
Shower drain did not work (tried to fix, but without success), so we couldn't use the shower. we had to use the bathtub shower, which is really not ideal to shower (sitting in tub, no curtain).
Overall cleanliness was not good: super dirty terrace table, which had certainly not been cleaned for weeks; glassware not well cleaned.
Over-complicated check-in process, though it seems a legal requirement to upload IDs of whole family plus enter all infos of the IDs. Uploading the IDs should be enough...

Easily the best property I have ever booked in Milan! Beautiful, spacious, elegantly decorated, a great kitchen, and so very quiet! You can tell the place is well loved by somebody who still cares for it. The sunroom is probably the best part, it's so unique and relaxing to feel like you are enjoying the outside even in dreary weather. My husband and I enjoyed hanging around the house as much as we enjoyed the beautiful city. Would definitely book next time we come to Milan!
Though it is well located, this is of course a major urban area. There is a pretty neglected social housing neighborhood nearby so plan your walking routes ahead of time to avoid a surprise. Not a problem for us, as we're used to city life, and we made use of the amazing metro (9 min walk to Amendola Station) and also bikeMi (city-wide rental bikes, station is on the same block).

La casa è accessibile in maniera del tutto autonoma tramite un link , il gestore è una persona cordialissima e sempre disponibile. Belli gli spazi esterni. Camere spaziose e bagni puliti ed dotati di tutti i comfort. Ottima connessione wifi
