Bella casa

Very comfortable and close to all amenities. Walking distance to metro which connects to the centre of Milan with 10/15minutes. The host was lovely and very reachable and helpful

Good location

The location of the room is good. You can walk for 10 min to the train station. You can find a market/gross market around the apartment. San siro stadium is not far away from the apartment. Besides, you can take the keys easily. They are very helpful. The room/apartment is not so small. You can stay more than one day.

The room was not very clean, especially the towels and bed linens. The room was damp because the room is on the -1 floor. It is not easy to enter the room. There is no window except 1 tiny one.

Convenient for accessing San Siro stadium! The staff were communicative and helpful. It did fit our family of 5.

The location/neighborhood is a little rough. Parking is on the street, so could be easy or very difficult to find. The actual apartment was in the back and downstairs— a bit confusing to find. The privacy blinds kept falling down.

It is cheap but really disappointing. Avoid!

The bathroom was decent and fairly new

It was filthy, clearly not cleaned after the last guest. No duvet or duvet cover for single bed. The whole building is undergoing refurbishing (which was not specified while booking) and is covered in scaffolding. The builders were making noise from early morning just outside the door. During the first day of our stay a family came in looking for their stuff. They were staying in our room just before we arrived and were told to leave with an excuse of an urgent repair (which obviously was not true). They still had the keys to access the property, which made us feel very uncomfortable. Their stuff was moved somewhere else but neither us or them were able to contact the service provider on the phone which never picked up the phone.

apartment is floor -1 so there is no view or garden you could use. There is only 1 window you can open which basically a door for go out to the interior of the building.

Lovely Milan

Very nice stay in a brand new apartament fully equipped with everything you need. It’s super luminous, with big door windows facing a nice garden. Clean and tidy. Supermarkets, bar and restaurants are just a step away and San Siro stadium is 5 minutes walking distant. I enjoyed very much the house and the neighbourhood and I really recommend it!

RAFQA Suites SAN SIRO'S VIEW lotto CITY LIFE de angeli FIERA with garden- zdecydowanie nie polecam Mój pobyt w tym obiekcie był rozczarowujący pod wieloma względami. Przede wszystkim stan techniczny apartamentu pozostawia wiele do życzenia- zużyte wyposażenie, niedziałające elementy instalacji oraz ogólne wrażenie zaniedbania. Czystość również była na bardzo niskim poziomie -kurz, brudne powierzchnie i nieświeża pościel sprawiały, że trudno było poczuć się komfortowo. Największym problemem okazała się jednak lokalizacja. Obiekt znajduje się w dzielnicy o bardzo złej reputacji- okolice Segesta w Mediolanie są znane z incydentów związanych z bezpieczeństwem, a dzielnica ma charakter mocno arabskiego getta. Wynajmujący nie wspomniał o tym ani słowem, co uważam za poważne niedopatrzenie. Wieczorne wyjścia wiązały się z dużym dyskomfortem i poczuciem zagrożenia. Zdecydowanie nie polecam tego miejsca osobom szukającym spokojnego i bezpiecznego pobytu w Mediolanie. W tej cenie można znaleźć znacznie lepsze opcje- zarówno pod względem standardu, jak i lokalizacji.

la zona non ti faceva stare tranquillo, è un garage adattato arredamento fatiscente, biancheria letto e bagno vecchia con macchie. Per tornare nel tugurio abbiamo preso un taxi anche se eravamo vicini...considerando la zona.

È un garage fatto sembrare una casa , muffa da tutte le parti , il divano pieno di macchie disgustose , per non parlare dei cuscini che erano veramente puzzolenti ! Non metto 0 perché non c’è la possibilità di metterlo

Als je op doorreis bent en moet slapen ...

Op de doorreis het gemak van de sleutel verkrijgen zonder face to face contact. Badkamer was wel oke.. Badlaken vondt mijn vrouw niet fijn ruiken.

Geen comfort, de ruimte was niet geschikt voor een gezin met 3 kinderen. De slaapbank is aan vervanging toe en de keuken is niet geschikt om te gebruiken en niet hygiënisch.
