The location is good, the apartment is in a building with character and history, the neighborhood is lively. The apartment was recently renovated and looks pretty.
The tight kitchen was functional.
The service was always very responsive and helpful with their directions.
The flat is small, without any free space, the rooms are small, there is not even a small closet, just a few hangers. The space in the "main" bedroom is so tight that the drawers of the cabinet do not open. The second bedroom does not even have that. And the space is so tight, that there is nowhere to place a suitcase and open it.
The blinds of the main bedroom do not work.
The apartment is cheaply made, there is nothing to accommodate guests, there are not even small hook hangers for towels in the bathroom, nothing at all.
The mattresses on the beds were very bad and we are not even big people.
The flat is on the second floor and there is not an elevator.
