About this apartment rental
Our 2-bedroom apartment, located near Arco della Pace and Parco Sempione, is ideal for 6 guests since the spacious living room includes a comfortable sofa bed. It features AC (in bigger bedroom + living-room), fast WiFi, smart TV, a washer, a dryer and a fully equipped kitchen. Fully renovated, on the 3rd floor with elevator, it's perfect for families (we offer up to 2 cots and a highchair).
Coming by car, you will have fee-free access to the flat since we are located right outside of "Area C".
The space
Our flat is located on the 3rd floor with elevator. It features two double bedrooms: the first is furnished with a 160x200 cm bed (queen-size) and the second with a 140x200 cm bed, both equipped with memory foam mattresses and memory foam pillows.
High-speed WiFi internet (2.5 Gigabit, with an effective speed of 900 Mbps) is fast and reliable.
The living room is generously sized, offering a dining area, two big sofas (including one sofa bed), air conditioning, and a new 55-inch smart TV; the larger bedroom also includes a dedicated desk for work or study.
The fully equipped kitchen features everything you expect from your own home: dishwasher, oven, silverware and quality wine glasses, dishes, pots, pans, toaster, juicer, water kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (with pods provided) and more.
The property includes a full bathroom with a combination bathtub/shower and a convenient half-bathroom/laundry room, complete with a washer and a dryer (washing detergent is provided).
The spacious balcony facing the living room is perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors; we also have a smaller, kitchen-facing balcony for additional outdoor space.
Guest access
The entire apartment will be at your disposal, and a washer and dryer are located in the flat for private use. Situated on the third floor with an elevator, the flat features a private entrance right next to the elevator. The main door is an armored door, and every window is equipped with roller shutters.
The living room has a spacious terrace, ideal for dining or relaxing during the summer months.
If you are coming by car, we are located just outside "Area C", so you will be able to reach us freely. To park your car, there is a paid parking garage right underneath our building.
Other things to note
When booking, please let us know your arrival and departure times, so that we can organize accordingly. Check-in is after 16:00 and check-out is before 11:00, but we are flexible according to availability. Let us know before you arrive so that we can find the best solution for you.

The neighbourhood
The flat is located in the Sempione neighborhood, nestled in Milan's historic center, around the expansive and well-maintained Sempione Park, home to the neoclassical Arco della Pace. Key attractions include the 15th-century Sforzesco Castle, the Triennale di Milano museum of modern design, and the Torre Branca, which offers panoramic city views. Sempione combines green spaces, history and culture, and is close to major sites such as San Siro Stadium, the fashion district and the Duomo, all easily accessible by public transport or on foot.
HOUSE RULES AND SECURITY
Quiet hours are 20:00-08:00. No parties or events, smoking or vaping. Only registered guests may enter; visitors require prior host approval. Please check that the reservation shows the correct total number of guests and tell us about any changes before arrival. The price depends on the number of guests.
An exterior security camera records the apartment entrance and external common areas, not the apartment interior. A noise decibel monitor measures sound levels without recording audio.
Coming by car, you will have fee-free access to the flat since we are located right outside of "Area C".
