Bad location, unlocked both entrance door.
First. Ask us to open the doors by pressing one name but the doors after 11 pm was open both already Witch was weird. Unsafe. Dark. We was inside the building waiting for apartment number and we didn’t get it because they said we need to call for more details about how to go inside. Crazy. I asked many times I need the apart number and keys. We couldn’t call and ask by message but we didn’t get any answer because they kept saying to call to explain how to get the key. Bad bad bad. Experience. We just lost money and looking for a hotel room with four small kids after 12 pm.

The staff was polite.
Not a pleasant feel to the building. Gated area with no keys to access upon arrival. Is an older run down building. There was a very loud group in the parking lot out front when we arrived. Black mold in bathroom on ceiling. Many of the dishes were put away dirty. (Probably previous renters but not pleasant to find) shower was very narrow and the shower head was unnecessarily short. I barely fit under it and I'm not tall. The photos made this apartment look a lot more spacious and cleaner than it actually was. It cost more than I feel it was worth. I wouldn't stay here again for the price we paid.

Non siamo nemmeno entrati, non mi era mai successo, ce ne siamo andati subito solo nel vedere l'esterno e la zona. Purtroppo nessun rimborso e nessun riscontro dallo staff.

Problemi ad accedere all’appartamento per una maniglia rotta. Non è stato possibile accedere al parcheggio privato nonostante il servizio fosse previsto. Pulizia scadente. Prese staccate e mal funzionanti. Appartamento freddo perché nessuno, pur sapendo del nostro arrivo, aveva attivato il riscaldamento in tempo, in pieno inverno. Il letto a castello per i bambini cigolante e con reti infossate. Per due ospiti nessun letto pronto, abbiamo cercato l’occorrente negli armadi e provveduto. In bagno il soffitto è scrostato, i pensili della cucina hanno gli interni completamente rovinati. Posate unte nel cassetto. Password del Wi-Fi illeggibile. Per fortuna dovevamo solo dormirci una notte e scappare via
