Very Disappointing

The process of collecting the keys was complicated and challenging for someone unfamiliar with the area. The host was very demanding, making unreasonable requests such as requiring us to send selfies of each family member holding our passports, claiming it was a legal requirement. If we did not send all the requested items, he would not send us instructions on how to collect the keys. Keep in mind that this was the eighth property we stayed at in Italy, and no one else had asked us to do this. At some point, we thought it was a scam. We never met the host, and when we asked for assistance, it took a while for them to respond, as they refused to communicate via WhatsApp. Additionally, the location was very far from the city centre, more than 40 minutes by bus.

Huoneisto oli sopivan kokoinen, erityismaininta kahdesta suihkusta ja vessasta. Kun porukkaa on enemmän, on tuo tosi arvokasta ja säästää aikaakin. Saimme todella nopeasti vastauksen kaikkiin viesteihin, apua ja neuvoja eri tilanteisiin tarvittaessa. Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelymatka metropysäkille noin kilometri. Ympäristö oli rauhallinen ja turvallisen oloinen.

المكان هادي ولا يوجد ازعاج وتتوفر مواقف سيارات مجانية حول المكان

الحجز من بوكنق طبيعي وسلس ولكن بقية اجراءات الحجز وما بعد الحجز معقدة جداً جداً ، المضيف يطلب صور الجوازات وصور لاصحاب الجوازات مع الجواز يتم تعبئتها من خلال رابط ثلاث اجراءات تقوم بها بعد الحجز ويوجد جزء من المبلغ لا يتم خصمه الا بعد إتمام اجراءات الحجز من قبل المضيف

I was unable to enter even though the amount was withdrawn from my card, so I rented another hotel and filed a complaint against the host with Booking. تعامله سئ للغاية حيث انا لم اتمكن من الدخول رغم سحب المبلغ من بطاقتي وقمت باستئجار فندق اخر وتقدمت بشكوى ضد المضيف لدى بوكينق رغم اني تواصلت معه على ورد علي بعدم الاتصال والاكتفاء برسائل الواتس وافاد انه لايستطيع الحضور ولم يخضر لفتح الباب

Appartamento spazioso, pulito, in una zona tranquilla molto comoda per lo Stadio di San Siro che si raggiunge con una passeggiata di 15 minuti

Niente in particolare, la cucina è minimale ma non l'abbiamo usata
