quiet and relaxing stay 15 minutes by car from downtown Milan
Sergio gave us step by step directions via WhatsApp and allowed us to get in the apartment at 11 am when we arrived from the airport. He also gave us information about the nearby food stores and provided extra blankets and towels Having 3 bedrooms with a different AC unit was a bonus due to each one of us being comfortable with different temperatures There are no carpets, only hardwood floors, so no issues with allergies The rooms are very well insulated, so you do not hear if someone goes to the bathroom in the middle of the night, allowing everyone to get over the jet lag The apartment is very quiet, in an area with vegetation and clean, fresh air. There are several elevators, so the wait is very short. The apartment building is very clean and well kept Parking is secured and included in the cost of the accommodation

A Dream Apartment in Milan!
This apartment is an absolute dream – beautiful, spacious, and full of natural light. We were a group of 6 and felt very comfortable throughout our stay. The location is great, just a short walk to Leonardo metro station, and only about 20 minutes to the Duomo by metro. If I return to Milan, I’ll definitely book this apartment again. It’s an amazing place, and a big thank you to Sergio, the host – he was very kind and attentive. Highly recommend!

Great price for a great appartment
The rooms are very spacious and we had everything that we needed. Bedroom number 1 has a balcony. The owner is extrmely friendly and helpfull! It was also very easy to contact him. 10 out of 10 would recommend!!

Localização fantastica a 1 minuto a pé do da estação de metro São Leonardo Apartamento como novo e as duas casas de banho que são sempre fundamentais Comunicação facil com o proprietario (Gaetano) que permitiu um Check in simples e eficaz Recomendo
Falta alguns utensilios de cozinha A loiça ainda estava na maquina dos clientes anteriores e a loica nos armarios estava suja o que é uma situacao a rever com a equipa de limpeza. Podia ter mais do que um unico rolo de papel higienico em cada casa de banho. Quase nada a apontar.

Location perfetta per Fiera Milano, vicino alla Metro; efficiente la procedura di check-in/out.
Location a pochi passi dalla stazione della Metro, posizione perfetta per che dovesse recarsi presso Rho - Fiera Milano. Ottimo il parcheggio interno. Buona la dotazione della fornitura minima della cucina (caffè, zucchero, olio...) e di asciugacapelli. Ottime le zanzariere.
Forse una TV, almeno nell'ambiente comune, sarebbe stata gradita.
