The apartment is not close to the city center, but it is conveniently located near public transportation—there is a bus that connects to a metro station and/or a suburban train station. The apartment was well equipped, new, and very clean. There is also a supermarket very close to the apartment. Customer service was excellent—they were immediately available whenever we needed assistance.

The only downside was the check-in time. It’s not ideal for travelers arriving on an early flight, as you may need to wait until check-in and carry your luggage with you. There is no on-site luggage storage; the only option is using luggage storage services around the city through apps, which is not always convenient.

Lovely flat, byo amenities

Very new property everything was spotless. Host was available when needed. Location in a good spot lots of amenities around.

Could have done with some more soft lighting it was just big light or no light. Also not even a spare toilet roll in the whole place. There was sugar and coffee in the property (2 singular pods for three people) Also washing machine but no tabs..for a two day stay I don’t want to have to buy an entire box of pods. Even just to leave one would be a nice courtesy and make the experience a bit better. I asked where the salt and pepper and oil was the host stated “they don’t have it for hygiene reasons” however there was sugar sachets(?!) Also all of the other flats and air bnbs I’ve stayed in with booking.com have had these little things that just make a stay that little bit more comfortable. When I’m in a property for 2 days I don’t want to have to go any buy everything new for it to be thrown in the bin by the host post our stay. It’s extremely wasteful and uneconomical. These little touches make a stay much more enjoyable.

Best value for money

Great for big 3-4-5 people groups, with two bathrooms. New large and cosy apartment in new building. Its so new that you even don't have many neighbours. Big all arround market CONAD next to the apprt. We had heating problem, and communication with host was extremely fast, they helped online and the problem solved in 20 minutes. Clean and almost everything is considered.

If you have a car its OK you have even Garage BUT, In other case, location is far from city center, you have #14 tram which stops about 400m 5 minute walk from this apprt, and from that stop you have more 20 stops 35-40 minutes to the center. But to rent this type of property near the city center probably will cost 3-5 times more.

Title: Modern & Secure Apartment – Ideal for Families with a Car

This apartment is truly excellent for families. It’s modern, spotless, and beautifully furnished. The underground parking is a huge plus—very secure and convenient. The building has a great security system, a lovely children’s play area, and a large supermarket just a short walk away. The host was professional, responsive, and very helpful with every question we had. If you’re driving, the location is perfect—you can easily reach everywhere by car. However, if you don’t have a car, getting around may be a bit of a challenge.

One small recommendation: If you value privacy, request a unit without neighbors next to your balcony, as it can feel a bit exposed.

Excellent accommodation in the Milan area

New apartment, smart, modern facilities, very clean. A big plus was the existence of the underground garage. For us, the mattresses were very comfortable. Very friendly staff, ready to provide support in any problem. Very good ratio price-benefit (for Milan)

Great value stay with great transport links to the centre of Milan.

The apartment was peaceful and very clean. It was also in a great location for the tram and also the train. There was a large supermarket on the same street too. We found the owner/host to be extremely polite and courteous and they responded to any queries we had very quickly. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending this accommodation to others.

Fantastic experience for our first time in Italy - couldn’t recommend the staff and apartment more.

The property came with everything we need, was in a good enough location to easily figure out the public transportation into Milan City Centre. It was clean and spacious throughout with little items we could use towards our stay - luckily including an adapter as ours didn’t work! The check in system was explained perfectly on the link provided as well as information about restaurants and transport. The staff were incredibly helpful and communicative throughout - couldn’t be more thankful!

We enjoyed our stay at the Cefalonia location. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

The property is brand new with all the required amenities to stay comfortably with a large group of people. It was in a close proximity to the exhibition site. Location has some good options nearby. The staff is very proactive.

The water is very hard so when you shower it kinda messes with your skin and hair. Similarly, some of the local staff seems new and not up to date on some rules - but I think this could be improved upon.

كل شي داخل الشقه كان ممتازه و نظيفه و مريحه و و أمان و كل شي قريب من مكان اقامتي ( سوبر ماركت و مطاعم بيتزا و مطاعم الشاورما ) و 20 دقائق بالكثير لوسط المدينه و توجد مواقف مجانية خاصة لك من الفندق . اضافة لسلاسة و لطافة موظفين الفندق .

Unsere Reservierung war vom 23.12. bis 26.12. Zuerst erhielten wir eine kleinere Wohnung mit nur einem Schlafzimmer, obwohl wir eine größere Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern bezahlt hatten. Die richtige Wohnung wurde erst am 24.12 bereitgestellt, war jedoch wegen Bettwanzen (Bed Bugs) unbewohnbar, sodass wir wieder in die kleinere Wohnung zurückgehen mussten. Sehr enttäuschend. Keine Empfehlung.

Sehr saubere, moderne und sichere Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich sehr sauber und wirkte insgesamt neu und hochwertig. Besonders angenehm fanden wir die Lage im 4. Stock – dadurch war es ruhig und man hatte ein gutes Gefühl von Privatsphäre. Außerdem fühlte sich alles sehr sicher an, weil man mehrere Türen bzw. Zugänge passieren muss. Das hat uns ein zusätzliches Sicherheitsgefühl gegeben.

Die Fotos auf der Website entsprechen leider nicht der Realität – es sind offenbar keine echten Bilder der Unterkunft. Schade, denn die Unterkunft ist tatsächlich so gut, dass man problemlos Originalfotos zeigen könnte. Praktisch wäre außerdem eine Kofferablage in jedem Schlafzimmer; man möchte den Koffer ungern auf ein frisch gemachtes Bett legen. Im großen Schlafzimmer hätten wir uns noch einen zweiten TV gewünscht. Eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zur Begrüßung, z. B. ein Sixpack Wasserflaschen, wäre ein netter Bonus gewesen.

השהיה היתה מדהימה דירה מדהימה נקיה עם כל מה שצריך, רק תענו בפעם הבאה שמישהו מתקשר, זה מלחיץ.

מעבר לפדיחה שלא ידענו עד לרגע האחרון איפא המפתח או איך עושים ציק אין? הכל היה אחר כך מושלם מושלם, דירה מדהימה, עם חניה פרטית , הכל היה מטורף מושלם.

הזמנו יום לפני ולא קבלנו שום תשובה או התייחסות עד הדקה ה90 שהגענו למילאנו , עד שערבנו את בוקינג , נסינו לשלוח הודעת, ולהתקשר בלי שום תשובה , עד שבוקין התערבו,,,,, מאוד מאוד לא נעים

Nous étions 5 dans le logement et nous avons eu tout l’espace nécessaire. Le confort était présent, la facilité ainsi que la tranquillité aussi y était. Nous avons passer un agréable séjour et si c’était à refaire. Nous reviendrons dans cet établissement.

Dopo 2 giorni ci contatta dicendoci che i capi sono stati smarriti , abbiamo avuto a che fare con persone esperte di queste cose che avendo fiutato 2 capi griffati hanno ritenuto opportuno farli sparire . Ideaal appartement om Milaan te ontdekken en tot rust te komen

Het contact was echt heel goed en snel. De ruimte was perfect, veilig de auto kunnen parkeren in garage en met de metro naar centrum gegaan. Het kon niet beter!

Niets, ik was alleen niet op de hoogte van de wetgeving dat je alle informatie inclusief document nummers moest inleveren van te voren. Ook heb ik over het deel heen gelezen dat er nog extra schoonmaakkosten en servicekosten bijzaken, maar dat mocht de pret niet drukken. Het was het waard.
