Okay stay, needs improvement

Staff was very quick at answering questions and give support if there was an issue. Self check in is easy

We stayed in December and the heating was not working properly, it was not already switched on when we arrived and we were not given proper blankets. There was a spring duvet, so the first night we couldn’t sleep for the cold. Then they provided other blankets on request.

Very disappointing and poor service

The location was good and in a quiet location. Other than this I have no other positive comments to make.

The apartment was not suitable for my visit as the room had a bunk bed up some steep steps. This was not advertised and was not acceptable. The WIFI was not working and there were no instructions provided on how to set this up. The shower was dirty and paint was flaking off the walls into the water. It was impossible to contact the host during our stay to ask for help. We could not use the TV as we had no WIFI. The coffee machine didnt work. We were not advised what time check out was and there was no communication provided on this. It was very expensive for the stay and very disappointing start to our holiday.

We were at Constanza apartment, it’s downstairs so is very dark and the light are insufficient, also the room and bathroom blinds didn’t work, it made the apartment ever darker. I let them know about it but they never answered. The walls were dirty. The toilet and bidet were loose. The kettle was broken. The shampoo and soap container were empty. The pillows are a sheet. Definitely the apartment needs too much love. On Saturday from 3am the upstairs neighbours were partying, I couldn’t sleep again

Terrific modern apartment in a great location in Milan.

Lovely little apartment in a terrific location. Modern, clean and lovely bathroom. Incredibly helpful host, great proximity to trams and the soccer stadium.

Whilst a terrific apartment it is very small for a family of four with a loft bunk and sofa bed.

Super clean and nicely decorated. It is also very well located for transport and in a nice neighbourhood. The owner was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants.

Great modern apartment that's good value for money.

Checking in was super easy and hassle-free, the Aircon worked really well, and the double bed was comfy with a nice clean and modern bathroom too.

The sofa bed was apparently a bit lower in the middle and so the occupants ended up rolling into each other during the night.

The apartments were exceptional! Situated in a serene and picturesque neighborhood, it offered a peaceful and beautiful environment. The host's responsiveness and helpfulness were outstanding. We particularly enjoyed the garden in the backyard, where we savored our morning coffees. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to couples or friends seeking a delightful stay.

Initially, we found that the apartment lacked a clothes flat iron, which posed a minor inconvenience for us as backpack travelers who needed to smooth out our clothes. However, upon our request, the host promptly provided us with one after our arrival, which was greatly appreciated. Additionally, it was peculiar to discover a dishwasher machine without any tablets. Nevertheless, a single tablet would have been sufficient. Apart from these minor observations, everything else about our stay was flawless.

La stanza non era stata pulita. C’erano scatole di pizza sul tavolo, letto non fatto e cose che non si possono riferire (avevano probabilmente fatto una festa molto vivace lasciando tutto in giro) Chiesto il rimborso mi sono state riconosciute da Booking 10 euro

Bellissimo!

Piccolo appartamento molto pulito e dotato di un lettone comodo e di dettagli molto carini! Zona tranquilla e vicinissimo al tram che porta allo stadio e in centro . Dall'appartamento si può anche andare allo stadio a piedi con 30 minuti circa di camminata.

Se proprio devo trovare qualcosa, mancava uno strofinaccio da cucina e un biscottino in più per la colazione non sarebbe stato male, ma sono solo dettagli che indico per migliorare non per criticare.

Al momento della prenotazione si deve mettere in evidenza che il letto matrimoniale si trova su un soppalco, pertanto e' fondamentale informare il cliente. Mancavano i prodotti igieneci.

Наехме два апартамента, в единия миришеше ужасно, проветрявахме цял следобед и пак вонеше на тоалетна. Едва спахме. Вторият апартамент не се заключваше и се наложи да си пренасяме багажите от единия в другия. Амортизирани апартаменти. Не бих се върнал тук отново.

Limpio y bien situado.

Lo que más me gustó fue que estaba muy limpio, la decoración y que estaba muy bien conectado.

No tienen servicio de lockers para dejar las maletas y el check-out es a las 10:00. Estuve menos de 12 horas en la habitación y no pude guardar mis maletas cuando salí.

doporučuji turistům - centrum je pár zastávek metrem. zpět jsme šli procházkou po pamětihodnostech

v blízkosti ubytování bylo metro i tramvaj. pěšky jsme šli na fotbal na stadion San Siro. Byly jsme dvě rodiny. přijeli jsme jen na odpolední vyspání a nocleh. největší mínus je parkování, ale to jsme věděli, že nemají k dispozici. parkovali jsme v Lombardia Ravizza - i s poplatky 31,68€ za 24hod, bylo to 10min pěšky - necháváte tam klíče od auta. chyběla mi utěrka na utíraní (sušení)nádobí. ubytování má myčku, ale nádobí jsme potřebovali hned. ale poradili jsme si :) v noci mi byla zima. je tam jen tenká pokrývka. ale zatopila jsem si :) vše k dispozici. nic vám na krátký výlet nebude chybět.

Appartement spacieux et confortable

C’est un super appartement, avec un grand balcon et une pièce de vie très spacieuse. La douche est très bien et du linge est à disposition. Une télé avec Netflix etc sont également à disposition. C’est un super appartement

L’hygiène était plutôt bien hormis la poubelle qui n’avait pas été changée..

Delusa

È la seconda volta che alloggio qui. La prima esperienza era stata molto positiva: stanza pulita, ordinata e con tutto il necessario, tanto da spingermi a tornare. Purtroppo non posso dire lo stesso di questa volta. Ho trovato asciugamani metà puliti e metà che sembravano già usati, la stanza non era curata come in precedenza e mancavano completamente i saponi in bagno. Inoltre, durante la notte l’appartamento sopra di noi ha disturbato fino alle 5 del mattino, rendendo il riposo impossibile. Infine, alle 8:50 la signora delle pulizie ha aperto la porta, nonostante avessi comunicato il checkout alle 10. È stato deludente notare un calo così evidente nella qualità complessiva del soggiorno rispetto alla prima volta: spero che vengano presi provvedimenti per migliorare il servizio, perché la struttura ha del potenziale.

La struttura è molto curata .La posizione è buona sia per la metro che per il tram.

La richiesta non appena arrivati alla Porta della Tassa di soggiorno, in cambio del codice per aprire la Porta. Tutto da effettuare tramite Link .Considerato che al sole faceva un caldo pazzesco… Questa è stata l’unica nota stonata considerato i 300 per notte…

Ottima la posizione e la pulizia appartamento accogliente ben arredato

Il primo cancello per entrare in struttura non funziona ho chiamato l'operatorei della struttura 4 volte e ogni volta mi hanno assicurato l'intervento della manutenzione ma dopo oltre un ora non si e' visto nessuno ho dovuto risolvere il problema per conto mio Il mio appartamento era nella mansarda e aveva 2 balconcini allagati nel tardo pomeriggio ha piovuto ed essendo attappato lo scarico dei balconcini l'acqua e' entrata nell'appartamento riempendo d'acqua il pavimento Chiamato di nuovo gli operatori della struttura hanno mandato un manutentore dopo circa un ora ed ho dovuto lasciare l'accesso libero in quanto dovevo uscire
