Check-in was completely remote; however, we faced an issue entering the room and had to get on calls with the host(s) — and between them — to sort it out.
Before check-in, a lot of information needed to be filled out, with lots of instructions

Clean, Antique stylish and well air-conditioned, balcony beautiful style.
Shutters (rooms are too bright in early morning), the living room is too small for this price, only few parking places in front of the building (had to pay for nearby garage per night), asked to clean dishes and even empty dishwasher before leaving (not expected to this price).
