Very good stay.

Very friendly host, very helpful and also gave us a discount due to some unexpected works carried out in the building. Good location, the fact that there was a parking spot was extremely useful.

Ample, clean accommodation; pity about the works.

The apartment is spacious and clean. The host is flexible with check-in times and the parking place is in a fenced recess behind the house, not visible from the street. Just 15m walk from Brera and city center, but also well served by public transport. The area is quiet.

There was an extensive refurbishment of the outside wall ongoing. The scaffoldings were at window level of all bedrooms and someone had dismounted the shutters of my window and left a powerful outdoor work light on. I had no way to cover the window (No light blocking curtains), so I had to try to learn how to sleep under the spot! In the morning the workers at the windows awoke me and It was like they were in the room. I am no prudish guy and I am certainly not the best candidate for a beauty contest, so I wasn't really upset (maybe they were.) However, I can imagine a similar situation can make someone else uncomfortable. Of maybe 10 light points installed in the apartment, only 4 or 5 worked. Perhaps that's the reason why they left the outdoor work light on!!!

It was very spacious. Close to the last supper. At least there was a building manager.

It was a very unfortunate experience. The owner, Robert, introduced the apartment to us by phone. And when we entered the apartment, it was very dark, humid and hot. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in the ground floor of the apartment did not really work. It was a quite unpleasant first night. He offered a new place on our second day, but we had a full day plan, so it did not work for us. And the showers’ plumbing was very poor. I stopped showering and waited water to drain once. Plus the shower curtain on the first floor was very moldy. I could not take a shower there due to the mold. It was a poorly functioning apartment.

Lovely apartment!

Located within a walking or short subway ride from the main attractions. The apartment was clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Two bathrooms, which is a great plus, when travelling with older children. The place also has a washing machine and parking space which was great!. Roberto was a gracious host- recieved us upon arrival and walked us through the apartment and sorrounding.

The place is not organized enough for dining if you are more the 2 people. Since it's in the city and there are tons of places to dine areound, it wasn't really an issue for us... A couple more capsules for the espresso machine would have been nice touch...;)

A great cozy place to stay

We really liked the layout of the house. Each room had its own bathroom, and by closing the doors, we had complete privacy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything needed for quick cooking. The heating was good in almost all areas. Also, the small balcony on the upper floor with the plants was very beautiful.

The towel heater in the upstairs bathroom was not working, and the shower drain needed cleaning as the water was draining slowly.

Roberto and Mr. Hernandez were very kind. Roberto allowed us to come early and leave car parked safely when we toured Milan.

There was no shut off valve to stop the toilet from running. We felt bad.

Very nice Place to stay close to City Center on

Very nicely furnished flat at the top floor with a balcony. Very well located. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Would definitely recommend it and book it again next time we are in Milan.

The only thing the flat was missing was 4 rather than only 2 chairs at the table to eat (it had four stools at a “bar” for breakfast).

Good

The location of this house is very good, there are delicious restaurants nearby, and you can also walk to Milan Cathedral. Lovely loft design, with one room upstairs and one room downstairs, very suitable for us as two couples. In addition, the upstairs room can open the balcony, and you can go to the balcony table and chairs to enjoy the sunshine

The bed downstairs is a little narrow. Maybe the house is a bit old and the soundproofing is not good? Even without opening the window, you can still hear the sound of cars on the road outside in the middle of the night, as well as the voices of other residents nearby.

It’s a nice big apartment with 2 stories and has bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor. It comes with cute little balcony and parking spot as well. The owner is very nice and gave us a easy and well organized instructions how to get around the city.

Great property helped us to enjoy our stay in Milano.

This was one of the best properties I booked with Booking.com. The landlord Roberto was nice, communicative and very helpful whenever we needed anything. He met us, handed over the keys and a lot of useful advice, and was very efficient to fix any problem we had (like the one with WiFi). The property was big and well equipped, furnished with good taste and with visitors in mind. Air conditioning worked. Breakfast in nearby caffé Larky was surprisingly good (great coffee, freshly squeezed fruit, a croissant or cake).

It is difficult to find real faults ... but for someone who wants to cook, the "kitchen corner" was way too small as was the fridge. One might also wish the breakfast to be more substantial. And the WiFi was sometimes patchy. But overall we did not have any quarrel.

The apartment was very big, clean very confortable. Roberto was very nice and told us what to visit in the city. We really liked that we had a private parking spot and knew our car was in a safe place. Also we waked apx 20 min to the Duomo and was a nice walk. We loved the terace on top and the breakfast was delicios. We loved it and definitely will come back!

The apartment has two large bedrooms, a balcony on the roof, in perfect conditions and extremely clean. The parking spot in the courtyard is precious in an area with mostly residents parking spots. The host was very helpful and flexible on checkin and checkout, and went out if his way to accommodate one last minute change.

I would highly recommend this apartment

We liked our stay in Milano. The apartment is very nice and cozy. We appreciated that the host Roberto personally met us, provided us with the detailed information about the city, interesting places to visit and other instructions. The location is great, really not far from the main attractions. The breakfast was served in a nearby caffe. Everything was wonderful.

Probably best accommodation in Milano, unfortunately breakfast is not in the apartment

The host is a very nice person. He met us downstairs, helped us parking behind the building. Showed us everything, informed about Milano, places to visit and transportation. He let us check-out late as the apartment was not booked for the following night after us. During check-out hour that we decided, a friendly lady came to take the keys and check the apartment. Location is good. The breakfast is in a good cafe nearby, but you can get just one coffee, croissant and juice included in the price. The apartment is very huge, for two couples (two bedrooms, two bathrooms), the kitchen had everything. It is very comfortable, suitable for longer stays. Location is very central, in walking distance to old city, touristic attractions and Navigli. Very near to metro and tram stations as well. If we travel to Milano again, we will definitely choose this apartment again.

The towels are too small. There is a coffee machine but there was no coffee, only tea. The breakfast is not in the apartment, but in a cafe nearby. My wife always wants to drink coffee in the room before going out, so it was a little hard for us. Actually we had planned to buy coffee capsules/pads and some food in order to have breakfast in the apartment, but before going back to apartment in the evening the supermarket nearby was already closed. We found no mini markets nearby.

Unterkunft in sehr guter Lage, Kontakt mit Roberto unkompliziert und sehr freundlich. Fußläufig und mit ÖPNV alles sehr gut erreichbar. Parkplatz direkt an der Unterkunft und sicher!

Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein, leider nur zwei Stühle am Esstisch.

2 makuuhuonetta, toinen alhaalla ja toinen ylhäällä. Molemmissa omat kylpyhuoneet. Mahdollisuus myös vuodesohvaan olohuoneessa. Meitä oli 2 pariskuntaa ja tämä asunto oli aivan loistava siihen. Ratikka ja metropysäkki vieressä, helppo liikkua kaupungissa. Autopaikka lukitussa sisäpihassa oli todellinen plussa. Isäntä hoiti asiat kiitettävästi! Ystävällinen ja nopea vastaus viesteihin.
