The host Emiliano, was super responsive and understanding. They also turned on the air conditioning for our arrival which was a lovely gesture. A very quiet position. (Not that common in Italy!). Location was also great. Coffee, tea, and some snacks also provided. Super happy with our stay.

One of the air conditioners wouldn't start but a fan was provided which was great.

Room is very clean, and safe in the apartment. Very close to Lidl, and convenient restaurants. When I checked out with raining day, the owner was very nice with recommend me the nearest railway to MXP airport.

The apartment was very spacious and spotlessly clean upon arrival; extra points definitely go to the excellent housekeeping. The property has great potential, especially since it has been recently renovated. Unfortunately, however, these positive aspects were overshadowed by several major issues...

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The apartment was extremely hot, and the air conditioning units were not functioning properly, making it very uncomfortable. The elevator was difficult to use because the key often would not turn correctly. Although the apartment appeared to have been recently renovated, the soundproofing was poor. Noise from neighboring apartments was clearly audible, and the surrounding area was quite noisy throughout the day and night. Another major issue was the complete lack of internet service. There was no Wi-Fi available, and not even a backup router or hotspot was provided. As a result, the television could not connect to the internet, making it impossible to use many of its features. Overall, the apartment did not provide the level of comfort and amenities that were advertised or expected. Considering the issues with the air conditioning, noise, internet access, and general convenience, I would not recommend this property.
