The location is excellent, close to the metro and within walking distance of the Duomo. The self check in was very easy, the Wi-Fi worked perfectly, and Lorenzo was always available.

The location was central and Lorenzo was super helpful and responsive from the start. As a host he was exceptional and always eager and prompt to be helpful.
The bathroom could be slightly larger and the bedroom AC was slightly noisy but these are minor bits :)
