Very unreliable management.

The location

I informed them we were going to be there at 10pm for check-in and they approved and yet no one was there to receive us and no self check-in instructions were sent. I never got the refund of that night that we had to spend in a hotel although they said they will refund us. I sent them 4 bank accounts in Egypt, the US and Switzerland and for all they claimed they couldn’t get the money through! Very uncomfortable beds. No dish soap, no kitchen towels or even kitchen paper roll!

Not Recommended for Business Trips The house looks nice, but many important things were missing. We had to ask many times and push to get what was needed. The host was not helpful and didn’t care much. Also, I have been waiting for a simple invoice issued to my company for over a month. Even though we discussed it many times, they never sent it. It was a very basic request, but they didn’t do it—and they spoke in a rude and unprofessional way. The host was not respectful or service-minded. They refused a small future discount but didn’t show the same effort to fix problems in the house. If you are traveling for business, I do not recommend this place. Good service and communication are more important than how the house looks—and in this case, both were very disappointing.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro, raggiungibile facilmente sia in metro sia con una lunga passeggiata. L'appartamento molto spazioso e inserito in un contesto condominiale accogliente, pulito. Facile il self check-in. Comunicazione veloce e chiara con lo staff

Tutto ok. Sarebbe il top lasciando a disposizione sapone per piatti e lavastoviglie, spugnette e qualche cialda per il caffè

Posizione ottima servizi trasporto negozi e ristoranti vicini Appartamento ben tenuto, accogliente e con tutto il necessario per poter organizzare una cenetta come nella propria casa.

letto a castello piccolo per ospitare un altro adulto e sarebbe da migliorare l'asciugacapelli.

Bien para estadías cortas, pero con cosas mejorables

La zona es estupenda. El personal amable. Es espacioso. El piso es lindo y la cocina está nueva. Tiene supermercado cerca.

Las camas eran muy duras. No estaba limpio a la hora del check-in. La mesa está bastante manchada, creo que estaría mejor poner un mantel. La bañera no tiene cortina y se moja el baño.

Appartamento accogliente, spazioso e posizionato in un quartiere tranquillo pieno di servizi. Nelle vicinanze ci sono tutte le attività che possono essere utili al soggiorno, oltre a numerose fermate metro e tram, quindi ben collegato con tutte le attrazioni della città. Il palazzo ha un bellissimo cortile interno dove affacciano i tre balconi con molti alberi, rampicanti e la simpatica presenza degli scoiattoli! L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, pompe di calore/condizionatori, accessori, biancheria ecc).

Una finestra in camera che non chiude bene e lo scarico di un bagno che non tira bene, ma tutto risolvibile con una piccola manutenzione.

Apartamento grande, bem localizado e com 2 banheiros. Para uma família de 5 ou 6 pessoas ele é bastante ideal. Como bônus a vista da sacada é maravilhosa.

Acho que poderiam deixar ao menos garrafas da água para os hóspedes tomarem quando chegarem.

Appartamento splendido, con due bagni. Noi eravamo in 7 e siamo stati benissimo.

Posizione perfetta. A pochissimi passi dalla fermata della metro PAGANO, ed a pochissimi passi dalla fermata del tram 16, che ti porta direttamente a San Siro. A due passi c’è il bar “El prestin del Cantun” colazione ottima 🤩

Un vrai bonheur !

Allez-y les yeux fermés ! Appartement tout confort, très joli dans un cadre verdoyant superbe, très calme et reposant. Des écureuils jouent devant vos yeux. Localisation parfaite, tram, métro, bus et vélo et trottinette en accès immédiat. Quartier vivant où tout peut se faire à pied, restaurants, courses, marché, visites, centre historique… Le personnel en charge de votre confort et réactif et adorable. Nous étions une famille de 6, enfants parents et grands-parents ravis.
