Very nice living room with a view and great host!

It was close to the bus station, it has amazing living room with kitchen with the view. The plants inside give good vibes. Rooms very clean and beds comfy, bathroom was very clean.

There’s great transport links into the centre and not far from local supermarkets. Really appreciate that she messages on WhatsApp ahead of time to ensure she’s around for checkin and checkout

I really enjoyed staying here

Silvia was very kind, understanding and helpful. She gave us cookies and yogurt as a gift. The room and the common area were very comfortable and clean and tidy. From here you can quickly get to the center with the nearby tram. The motorized blinds in the rooms proved to be very useful. I really liked our stay here! :) I highly recommend it!

A place too highly recommend

Nice and clean but very basic

It’s a shared apartment in a residential area, recently renovated. Our room was very clean. There’s a very nice coffee machine and daily supply of coffee and milk with some pastries.

Very basic. No luggage rack. We went during the fashion week and ended up paying 540€ for 3 nights. After the booking.Com discount That’s too much for the place.

Excellent; would certainly book again.

Location: several miles from the Milano Centrale station but it isn't a problem because the bus #91 from the station drops you off about 200 meters from the apartment building. Room: adequate size; quite quiet-very little street noise. Shared kitchen area was large and well furnished. Five min. walk to mall/huge supermarket. The real big plus for this property is the manager--Silvia. She is every bit as outstanding as the reviews we read had indicated: speaks very good English, VERY willing to be of help with everything, esp. w/ getting around, directions, suggestions, etc.

It was far away from the center. We only found out on arrival that we would share the apartment with 2 or 3 other parties. For 200€ a night rather unexpectedly. In particular since I checked the text very carefully and this was not mentioned. Also not that the owner would kind of live in the shared living room and try to talk to you whenever you came or left. If she was not entering your private room for obscure reasons.

Highly recommend to stay at, very good property for the money paid

The location is very convenient. This is a quite residential area but easy to get everywhere using public transit. The kitchen has everything you need and there was even some complimentary food in the fridge for us. Silvia, the hostess, was very nice, she met us in the lobby with the keys and explained everything. It was very easy to communicate with her if needed. Excellent supermarket very close to the property. Special thanks to Silvia for the wonderful cakes that she presented to us during our stay.

Great stay with fantastic host

Lovely host greeted us at the door. Easy access to Milan Centrale station, and fantastic advice for restaurants and the local area. Easy to speak to Silvia and she was very kind and helpful.

The host was absolutely delightful, always helpful, very available to answer any questions and help in any way she could. Two kiddos stayed at the property and she ensured every day that she left a little treat for the kiddos to have; that was truly very much appreciated. A++++ host and an exceptional place

The location is in a residential area on the 6th floor with a charming balcony views. It is well connected with a city centre (tram no.1)and you can explore surroundings (The City Life district) just by walking.The basic breakfast is provided (self service, coffee, bread and biscuits) and there is a fridge and basic kitchen utensils.The owner of the property was very nice and helpfull and we learnt a lot about Miláno and got very useful information and tips about the city and its life. It was very nice experience.

We loved the spacious and clean room, you have everything you may need in a short stay. Silvia was very kind and helpful. There were coffee, tea and generous snacks at the shared kitchen.

Public transport takes 30 minutes from and to the city center but even that was not a big minus since there are plenty of bus and tram options.

Coffee, pastries and yoghurt was available for breakfast and snacks and was very nice and welcome. Silvia was very good and met us early morning just after we had come off an overnight train so we could store our luggage until we returned later that day for checkin. The room was clean and modern and bed was comfortable. Silvia also called us a taxi for the airport on our checkout morning which was very helpful

Great apartment to stay in Milan!!

Everything was absolutely outstanding: the facilities, the rooms, the views, the available services of Milan (e.g. trams, buses, shops/grocery stores and cafe's). I can't fault a single thing and you SHOULD book this if you're staying in Milan.

Being from the UK, I was unfamiliar how to operate the AC unit, but Silvia (the owner) was more than willing to show us how to use it.

High standard, very clean, quiet place. Cosmetics, towels in the bathroom. Pot and tea in the room. Close to bus and tram stop. Kind and helpful owner. I recommend this place.

Taking photo of ID documents (with the use of telephone) shouldn't have taken place as it causes risk of data protection leak.
