Really friendly and helpful staff. The room was quite small, but perfectly adequate for a short stay. Everything was clean and the bathroom had a good shower & nice soap. We stayed in room 12 which is at the front of the building. If I stayed again I would probably ask for a room at the back as it could be quite noisy. The included breakfast was nicely cooked and great value.

Great place to stay in central Ambleside. Nice room and bathroom, great location to start various walks and close to bus station for trips elsewhere. Good breakfast.
Room was clean but used wine glass from previous person left in room although otherwise clean place
