The breakfast was brilliant! Lots on offer, all hot/fresh with regular refills. Each area was clean with ample staff to help if needed. Food was great & the only thing I couldn't see was hot chocolate.
Only fault with our room was 1 latch on the skylight not being able to click shut but every other part was exceptional! Clean, spacious, modern and lots of extras too. All the staff we spoke with were friendly and approachable! We had a wonderful view, extra balcony and table to sit outside with and could look out at the lakes.
We had dinner in the restaurant once and it was okay, I had a pizza which was fine (but could do with more flavour). The service was wonderful and portion sizes were fantastic.
Being VERY picky...as everything was fantastic!
No hot chocolate at breakfast, could be a good addition.
One skylight window wouldn't click shut so the vent stayed open over the bed which was a little off putting.
The pizza at dinner needs more, as it was okay but could do with more flavour as it was a bit bland.

We had a wonderful stay at Wateredge Inn. The location right in front of Lake Windermere is absolutely beautiful, with stunning lake views and a peaceful atmosphere. The room and all common areas were very clean and well maintained, which made our stay even more comfortable.
The inn is also very convenient for travelling around the area, with easy access to nearby attractions, walking routes, and transport. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Lake District.

Location, spacious room
The property left a rather disappointing impression. The room has separate taps both in the sink and in the shower, which makes it very inconvenient to use. The shower also has no hose, so it’s impossible to wash properly without getting your hair wet. On top of that, the trash in the room was not taken out even once during the entire stay, which reflects a poor level of service.
Breakfast was also underwhelming — there was no salad available and very limited vegetable options.
