This was the perfect hideaway for a weekend away in the lakes. A perfect location in Ambleside. Great staff, great breakfast, great nights sleep.

Excellent location, lovely breakfast. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We didn’t use the pool/sauna so can’t comment on that. Room was a decent size, comfortable bed. Bathroom had shower and bath which was unexpected . Decor a little dated but kind of adds to the charm of the stay.
Nothing, we really enjoyed our stay.
