We were upgraded to a room with a hot tub and sauna at no extra cost which was unexpected and very nice. The room was lovely. The reception staff were amazing and very attentive.
We asked for an early breakfast as were attending an event before breakfast started. The staff made a small pack up for us both. I have had an early breakfast tray at the hotel before and it had a good range of food and drinks. However this time it was a bit disappointing with clingfilmed pastries squashed into a paper bag and very cold fruit. I think this could have been presented better.
