Room was clean and tidy, heated to a pleasant temperature
The staff were impeccable as in friendly and helpful even to the point of feeling familiar
We can't fault anything. We will be back.
However I did notice a few problems around the pool causes by moisture however I would never let that spoil my up most opinion of a great hotel but I know some folks will.

We stayed in Olive 3, which has a jacuzzi double bath, steam room, sauna and shower! Beautiful! We used the spa which was lovely peaceful and clean. The restaurant staff, service and food is excellent and this is about our 10th visit. We love the place and staff.
