very enjoyable breakfast (lots of choice) cooked to perfection
Excellent fresh coffee
Delightful host
modern ensuite
slept very well in the large bed
Parking permit a bonus
excellent value
had to keep the curtains closed during daylight when not fully clothed or whilst dressing as the room was overlooked by properties across the road a short distance away (but that was just our room )

Good location, comfortable rooms.
The shower was temperamental; red hot then freezing cold no matter what setting it was in.
