Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, which had clearly been recently renovated and were actually different (and even nicer!) than the pictures. Breakfast was great, and Adie and Mandy were so lovely and welcoming. The location was perfect - within walking distance of everything in Ambleside, while also being a great base for exploring other Lake District attractions by car!
Nothing - we could have stayed longer!

Cute B&B with great hosts and amazing “Ambleside salad” breakfast!
On arrival we were greeted by our super friendly hosts Mandy and Aide. Everything always explained and very easy. Room was really comfortable and well finished. Breakfast was lovely each day (lots on your plate!), to set you up for a day walking and exploring. Aide is a human encyclopaedia and can give you all the tips for where to eat/walk/see/do. We can’t thank you both enough for making our trip so special.
