Ideally situated with its own car park. The hostess, Louise was very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious.
If I had to be really picky, I would suggest a detachable shower head , but that is really all I could find fault with.

We had 3 nights stay and I must say this is a fantastic B&B. We had a good sized en-suite room which was really clean and fresh. We were warmly welcomed by the hosts. Breakfast was superb, can highly recommend the granola yoghurt fruit bowl and the poached eggs were perfect. The property has parking which is important in Ambleside as public parking is expensive. Friendly, welcoming, clean and a cracking breakfast....everything you need. We will be back.
