We really enjoyed our stay; Steve is a very friendly and caring host. We had a beautiful front side room with large windows and really enjoyed the breakfast. The location is perfect close to town and the parkingspace is a big plus.

The property was in the middle of Ambleside close to restaurants, shops lakeside which was a perfect location. It was clean & comfortable would definitely stay there again 👍 Steve & Caz were fantastic hosts to all their guests & breakfast was delicious.

The property is very clean and well kept. Steve, the host, is very kind and available. The location is great, and so is the breakfast. We had a great time !
Ambleside has no luggage storage sadly which is tricky when it comes to hiking, I would recommend getting a 24/7 locker outside the property, for guests only.

Beautiful cozy room with everything I needed. Great shower. Peaceful even though it’s in the town centre. Steve looked after me really well. Will definitely be back.
A tiny extra that would be useful would be hair conditioner as well as shampoo/body wash. Not the end of the world but would be a great extra.
