Excellent breakfast served by very friendly owners! The room was well furnished with high quality bedding and very clean. Proximity to bus stop (1 minute walk) made it easy to visit other towns, such as Grasmere, Windermere and Keswick.

Immaculately clean, cosy, warm and comfortable. Great breakfast and a very central location which makes it very easy to get everywhere. Super friendly hosts.

The owners were so friendly , the little touches were so thoughtful, as it was Easter we had Easter chocolate bunnies left in our room.
