The buffet style breakfast was excellent and had a wide array of choice constantly refreshed by the welcoming and friendly staff.
The view could have been better from our room and had to pay extra to park but a small point really for a lovely B&B right in the heart of town.

Brilliant location in Ambleside. Gorgeous hill views from the door, short walk to shops, restaurants, independent cinema, playground. Such a friendly welcome from the owners. Yummy continental breakfast. Spacious family room which was always lovely and warm. We ended up booking an extra night we liked it so much!
Not a negative but to be aware the parking is chargeable (but definitely worth it) and the breakfast is continental but a huge selection of yummy things so you definitely dont feel you are missing out!
