The room was very large and clean. The bathroom was updated even tho the building was old. The staff was courteous and professional and treated the property like it’s their own home. They were gracious. We were on the first floor so that helped (there’s no lift). The location was great. Views were amazing.
The included breakfast didn’t have a lot of options. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.

Everything was absolutely perfect - location, rooms (we had one on the ground floor for family members who struggled to walk upstairs and one on top/roof floor for more mobile members), friendly staff, facilities, breakfast, lovely views onto the park and hills! We have really enjoyed the stay in this friendly cosy hotel in beautiful convenient location!

Breakfast quality was good. Service was efficient, cleaning up quickly when people left.
Tables were not covered. Cutlery had to be collected from side table. Breakfast started quite late 0800. Not much choice.
