Steve and Tina are lovely hosts and made us feel very welcome. The room was big, comfortable and very clean. The windows are great for muffling road noise. Breakfast was really nice, especially the homemade jams!

Our room was well appointed and clean on our arrival. The hosts, Steve and Lisa were extremely friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was great also.

The owners were so lovely and welcoming. I stopped for Windermere marathon and they were so supportive and made me some toast and coffee before breakfast time the morning of the marathon. The next morning we were talking lots, they are just lovely. Thank you.
I liked everything. I do just wish it was dog friendly and I’d be booking 3 rooms for next year! But I understand the reasons.
