Room was clean tidy and lovely surroundings of the hotel with a few different bars to drink and eat around it view of a lovely lake also. Was a bit loud very early in the morning with doors slamming woke us up and kept us awake earlier than we would of liked but overall an amazing spot with amazing views staff were lovely and very helpful towards us. Bar staff were great to talk to and was nice connecting with other guests who told us more about the hotel and the area.

Thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property, my room was perfect & I have to say 1st time I’ve stayed in a hotel & I’ve stayed in lots in the USA & have never had a towel warmer & a towel that actually wraps around you ,absolutely loved it

Stay was good and location was fab, but when we returned home received 4 separate parking tickets for parking in the hotel over our 2 night stay, when we were assured by a member of staff when he checked us in that he also updated the car parking system with our car details. We are now in the middle of trying to sort this out with the car parking company. This could be very off putting to book this accommodation again
