I've been impressed with some of the places I've stayed in lately, but this was probably the best. I normally look for places between £100 - £150 per night and this fits in. Brilliant location.
Nothing really. I was only staying for one night but if staying longer, somewhere to cook would probably be useful.

Was a nice size, private entrance, bathroom was lovely, staff very helpful, with great communication, everything we needed was there, will definitely stay again .

The room was spacious, very peaceful and great value for money. The bathroom was a great size, there was a private patio and lots of storage space if you are planning on a longer stay. There is no breakfast or housekeeping so you are seeing to yourself in terms of laundry, meals, etc, which for us was definitely a positive, however it's up to you to decide if that's what you're looking for.
The car park felt a little cramped, which is understandable given they are trying to allow as many guests as possible access to free parking. However even in a small car it felt quite tight in the spaces.

The rooms were fab very clean and the light breakfast was great. Nice cup of coffee in the lovely morning sun. Modern rooms. The patio that is attached to the suite rooms on the side of hotel were clean and well equipped with table and chairs and lovely greenery . Great location as pubs and restaurants were literally a short walk plus the lake wasnt far the other way. Views are lovely. Waking up with a coffee looking at the view was sooo relaxing.
We had a issue with the key lock, so contacted the team on wots app which was great as they came straight away to fix it. Communication via wots app was great replied straight away with lots of information about the stay. The only thing was the communication barrier with the people who ran it. So they didnt understand what we were saying 😊
