    We booked a two-night stay here in June, but ended up staying only for one night. On the positive side, the room was quite spacious, which was nice. However, the hotel itself is rather dated, and the furniture has definitely seen better days — though we could have overlooked that if it weren’t for the main issue. The air conditioning in our room was completely broken. It was blowing warm air, making the room extremely hot and impossible to sleep in. A technician came to look at it but couldn't fix it. Because of the unbearable heat, we had to check out after the first night and move to another hotel. To make matters worse, management refused any refund for the second unused night, claiming it was just a "heatwave" and basically blaming us. Complete lack of customer service. If you are traveling in the summer, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

    I stayed at this hotel near Strasbourg’s Orangerie and found it a very pleasant and characterful place to stay. The location is excellent, quiet and green, with the park just a short walk away. The hotel offers large, apartment-style accommodation that feels spacious and practical, particularly for longer stays. Breakfast has a varied and high-quality selection. The interior design stands out thanks to fashionable seventies-style furniture, giving the hotel a distinctive retro charm. The main drawback was the air-conditioning, which did not work particularly well and struggled during warmer weather. Overall, it is a comfortable and stylish hotel with generous space and an excellent breakfast, slightly let down by the air-conditioning.

    Stayed here for two nights and honestly, for the price, it’s hard to complain. Yes, it’s not smack in the centre — you’re about a 10-minute walk to the nearest tram stop, and maybe 2 minutes to the nearest bus stop (Wagner)on foot. But once you factor in what you’re getting for the money, it made complete sense. Spacious room,large balacony,decent kitchenette and nice pizza restaurant nearby.
