The room had a problem from day one in the toilet never fixed after more than 2 requests and the cleaner broke the bath tab stopper and left it for us i just want to say a big thank u for carmeen the receptionist

A true four-star hotel! We are impressed!

A true four star hotel: - Welcoming and professional Reception Desk. - Fast check-in. - Very nice room. It wasn't specifically mentioned but we got a free upgrade, which we highly appreciated. - Excellent restaurant, the food and the service were great! - Very good breakfast.

- The QR code reader doesn't work properly when getting out of the parking lot - something you may want to check. - The city center is a bit far away. Still, considering the cicumstances, for us it was perfect!

Good hotel, easy access to EP, with very good gym.

Very large and quiet room. Good location to the European Parliament and close enough to the tram. Excellent gym.

There were a couple of small things in the bathroom not working perfectly: the toilet seat was moving and an extra sprinkle came out of the showerhead sideaways, partially wetting the hanging towels. The gym was quite warm and the setting the thermostat didn't seem to help.

Perfect Home for Short Stay

Very friendly staff and ready to help and provide support. My room was upgraded, which was much appreciated.

Very disappointed experience

This is by far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. At night, when we turned on the lights, we could literally see dust floating in the air. All of us were constantly coughing throughout our stay. Due to the hotel claiming that no rooms were available for reservation, we were forced to book through different platforms, which led to a frustrating cycle of checking out and checking in repeatedly. Each time, the front desk either couldn’t find our reservation or insisted that we hadn’t paid, demanding payment again. On top of that, the food at the lobby restaurant was terrible. Overall, it was a very unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great big rooms with wonderful beds, clean

The big room, the wonderful beds and cushions , the spacious bathroom , airco , cleanliness , room to place the suitcases , big screen tv

The breakfast was ok, a lot of variety , but nothing gluten-free (one small bun) and no fresh fruit or crisp bread. Loved the pancakes. The dinner was not that good, pasta with a lot of canned tomato sauce , nothing fresh in this dish, oily fish and green ‘salad’ with nothing else but two small tomatoes .

It’s a great stay across from the opera house and just 10 minutes by uber to downtown. Super quiet and like most other H

It was next to the opera house, it was clean and comfortable with crabapple shampoos, soaps and lotion and a window opened. Also a comfortable bar and outdoor seating.

There is no plug in the bathroom but that’s not so bad, service staff in bar/restaurant was super sweet but really slow we often had to ask several times for our coffee and drinks and it was not that busy but again very nice and gentle.

The Hilton has seen better days and the rooms don’t reflect modern standards The wifi is slow and complicated to join Hygiene is not strong point I tried the Emergency exit that was complicated, cluttered up and difficult to follow Wouldn’t like to be in the hotel in a fire!!!

Do not give this hotel your debit or credit card for deposit, as they charge a second time without your authorization. It’s nothing like the Hilton you might know; it feels like the Hilton from 30 years ago. The breakfast was terrible as well.

Good family hotel, value for money.

Very spacious room. Reception staff extremely friendly and helpful. Easy to park and about 25 minute walk into Petite France.

Breakfast items were cold. A new tray of scrambled eggs was bought out and even this was cold.

You cannot underestimate the value of a good night’s rest

The beds are so comfy and the pillows and linen incredible… the room was stylishly decorated and a typical hotel I used to stay in for work. As a family stay, we were very comfortable. When we arrived, our room had two singles pushed together with a king mattress topper. I called to ask for a proper king and the manager responded immediately. We also had a 3rd bed added to the children’s room and and all was done when we arrived.

The boom-gate cannot be opened from reception which is a massive problem when you have an apocalyptic storm and a right hand drive car. We called reception to open for us but they didn’t explain and I had a second shower, a useless wet qr code and was pretty annoyed. Other than that, we had no complaint.
