The place was big enough, the host was inviting & very helpful.The communication was top notch

slightly cold at first but very pleasant and no other issues apart from those

staff were lovely and helped with some issues and comfortable and spacious place

we had some problems with the blow up bed not being there, and also the heating not working but all issues were resolved for us and we had people come out to fix it.

The location and the rooms were good sizes.

The apartment was dirty, bed sheet dirty and the kitchen and rooms needed a lot of cleaning. I requested for more tissue paper and washing-up liquid. No one came.

good value for money , lovely house in a good location , just needs some t.l.c

good size , comfortable beds , nice living room and kitchen - stocked with everything we needed , good central heating system

no shower curtain and bathroom needs work , not enough toilet roll or towels , big stain on one quilt cover , chipped mug , broken light fitting in living room , outside areas could be kept better - rubbish and cigarette ends all over

The location was easy to get to however the private parking was little too tight. And the car around the area slightly blocked off the driveway.

When we first arrived we were shocked at how dirty the house looked. It had a weird smell when entered and there were spiderwebs on the corner of every room and ceiling dangling down. Spider/moths in each room. The bedspreads were dusty and the 2 of us had an allergy attack. We asked for toilet rolls and asked the host if there was any, we were ignored so had to get our own. No fire alarms in the house which is a big hazard! Only had 2 small hand towels between 3 people for 2 nights. No shower curtains/bath stopper, so water was spilling out the bath tub. Bath tub was greasy and did not look like it was cleaned properly. The over all flooring of the house did not look hoovered/ cleaned. Wifi and heating was really bad nothing was working in this house.

The house is clean, warm and comfortable in a quiet neighbourhood. A good size house for a family of 3 visiting a daughter at Manchester Uni. Off street parking was advantageous.

Next time I would take towels as there was a shortage of bath towels and there was also not much cutlery.
