Clean and Comfortable Stay

It was a perfect stay. The property was spotless and conveniently located—about a 10-minute bus ride from the city center. The hosts were kind and responsive, doing their best to make my stay a pleasant experience.

I wish towels and bed sheets were provided in white instead of dark colors, as it would make guests feel more comfortable.

For tourists perfect spot

Well connected to the city centre. Very well equipped in general, has all the basics needed. Although it is on a main road, the windows are incredible on noise cancellation. Everything was very nice in general.

For us, we are remote workers, the table and chairs were extremely uncomfortable to work on, so I wouldn’t recommend it for people actually staying and working. A very minimal thing, but our room had two separated beds with different size that we couldn’t put together :(

Friendly hosts, nice apartment, good value

Very good value, modern, mainly clean, good facilities, handy location, comfortable beds

One of the bedding sets on one of the beds smelt of cigarette smoke and the toilet was wobbly, the alleyway into the hotel was very dirty with open rubbish bags everywhere and suspicious men at night.

The place was easy too get to and the host kept in touch from the days before until We left. The apartment was clean and we had all we needed in there. Fresh towels and clean bedding was provided .

unfortunately the bed was not very comfy and we think that maybe needs a new mattress and in the morning other guests we found where slamming the doors so woke us up earlier than what we wanted to be awake. (But not blaming our hosts for this,was just off putting)

Really good stay for us personally for a good value of money that it isn’t a hotel. Bus stops nearby which is a plus sid

Amazing studio! It is a flat with three other rooms, but barely can hear the others/neigjbours staying. The room is surprisingly spacious with the comfort of a ‘small home’. Wonderful cable TV to watch, perfect table used for dining or work, the microwave to heat up food. Loved it! Bathroom was nice as well!

linen and mattress not comfortable. The towels very old. They said that there is a £30 fee per day for cleaning but during my staying there, nobody came to clean or make the bed.

Ideal for visiting the AO Arena.

We loved the apartment, it was very clean and had everything we needed with the bonus of Netflix and a free parking spot. Our host was very nice, sending messages daily to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The apartment itself was very secure and had a good coverage of security which was needed due to the area.

The area of where the apartment is situated, was a bit of a shock to the system and we felt very outside of our comfort zone. However, we didn't spend anytime within the area and an Uber cost around £5 to get in to Manchester City Centre.

Good

As we booked this stay at a discounted price, we do feel like we got our money's worth. The studio has a nicely-sized and well-equipped kitchen, which is its best asset and really helpful for us as we stayed here for 5 days. The Smart TV was also a huge plus. There were no issues with the heating and it was quite cozy in the accommodation, overall. The check-in and check-out procedure were straightforward and simple.

Since we had a longer stay, I requested a hairdryer twice and never got a reply from the host, despite the fact that the listing mentions having a hairdryer. The host mentioned having issues with messages coming through over Booking, but ensuring that you can be responsive to guest needs/inquiries over the platform should be a priority. Upon our arrival, we noticed that some of the dishes were not clean and we re-washed them ourselves. I was also surprised that the bathroom did not come with a shower cream/soap of any kind and that the washing machine also did not have any detergent. These are all minor adjustments that could be added to increase overall guest satisfaction. If you're a light sleeper, the firmness of the bed and the noises coming from the house/neighbourhood might keep you up. Unrelated to the quality of the accommodation, but I would agree with some previous reviews that the area itself did not come across as very safe. We had a few unpleasant run-ins in the neighbourhood and did not feel comfortable coming home later at night.
