Modern Manchester City Centre Apartment

Lovely apartment in a great location only a 5 minute walk into the city! The apartment has everything you need, the beds were comfortable and the cleaners and owner are lovely!

The bathroom could’ve been cleaner and it smelt like sewage.

Molt bona ubicació. Habitació confortable.

Sofá-llit just, no és massa comode. Zones comuns descuidades i brutes.

La facilidad para acceder al apartamento ya que la hora a la que llegamos fue muy tarde y la ubicación es perfecta. Para pasar un fin de semana por cómo están los precios y por la ubicación esta bien.

En general olía mucho a humedad, el colchón de las camas era muy blando y se notaba los muelles y en general no estaba muy limpio en la nevera por ejemplo quedaron refrescos y salsas de los anteriores inquilinos

Location near city centre, parking in gould st only £4 for 24hrs that was a bonus co-op shop nearby .shower was good.

Scaffolding round building, we was told about this as we where there the weekend no work was taken place.keys where left in apartment saved us looking for the pick up at shop, a keylock should solve this problem, was sent code to get in main entrance, once inside corridor is not looking good stained carpet and smells lift stinks of urine .if your paying a communal charge this needs addressing, once in apartment looks good but needs improvements that would make a stay more pleasant, first impression wet towels hanging on airer clothes in washing machine that smells, no washing up liquid, had go get some as crockery was not clean which should be provided as not expensive, Looks like there was a water leak as all skirting board round bathroom needs replacing, hob could do with replacing, there is a freestanding fridge freezer use to be integrated, as old one still there if you open it it smells and mould in there , why it's still there ? We had sleepless night Saturday night as someone in block was having a party music finally finished at 3.am not host fault, but not good for us.Its a shame that above issues let this apartment down.
