would say pretty safe and reliable i had a problem with my room but they sorted me a new one straight away
when i got there i couldn’t get into my room and i hadn’t been prepared for that
there was a bit of dust under the bed just seems a little hover would do the job but partly from that was great stay

Location, room was clean and comfortable, for price it was good
Was downsized to smaller room than I paid, phone number given wasn't correct had to wait to give a separate number to get code to get in. Had to call again to receive door code
