The fact that I wasn’t on the streets

Do NOT book this , upon booking it never stated that it was a shared accommodation, which as crazy to say we were sharing with at least 20 rooms . 3 toilets shared between everyone. NOTHING was clean at all , 2 nights out of three we had to order food in as there was no forks to use and all the pots were dirty . On the last night we had to clean the bowls twice before using and I had to go to buy disposable forks to eat from , our bed was rock hard and there was mysterious stains all over the house and our room . The walls were thin , we could hear everything outside of our room , from talking to sêx sounds to people using the toilet . The toilet rolls had mold on , and black mold was growing in the bathrooms , when arriving the owner “Norman” told us if any problems to call , we called at least 7 times through our stay no answer . I say all this in the kindest way I can . do not .. I repeat DO NOT book this unless you don’t care about what your staying in

Excellent accommodation at a low price

Quality accommodation only 3 minutes walk from public transport and 2 minutes from a shop that was still open at 10pm. Even the UBER ride was under 10 pounds. Thanks to the code sent you can check in at any time. Everything is perfectly clean, spacious living room with a large TV and adjoining kitchen. A large desk and fast internet are available for work.

For the price you get everything you need.

The location is not bad, pretty simple to get to the centre on the bus. The email we received with the information on how to enter was clear so we had no trouble with that. We met someone who introduced us to the place quickly. The bed was comfy, the heating was much needed, and overall it's ideal for what we paid for. We didn't use the shower so can't give it a rating.

Everything was fine, the only thing didn't love was that all the other rooms were full, so the bathroom nearest to us was usually occupied, and had to use the one furthest away which wasn't fun in the middle of the night. But not the fault of anyone. Just one of the dangers of having to use a shared bathroom.

Was a 16min walk to manchester academy! Room was clean and tidy, and it was nice n quiet.

Good value

Close to fallowfield so good bus links. Two bathrooms which was enough as it wasnt busy, and were both clean. Room was comfy and mostly clean. Kitchen to use which was nice. Cheap considering it was a Friday evening and Halloween. Good communication.

A lot of bedrooms so might be loud or hard to use toilet/shower if its busy. A little dirty (smudges on mirrors etc) but nothing bad.

Fine for one night

Affordable prices, self check-in was straightforward. Hosts were helpful and responsive when I messaged with questions. Good location if you don't mind being further out of the centre, close to bus routes and local amenities. Rooms were tidy and looked recently decorated.

All the bedrooms are individually bookable (which we didn't realise when we booked it) so it felt a bit like being in a hostel or student house with random strangers staying in the other rooms. The shared bathrooms weren't very clean and there wasn't much toilet paper available. Fine as a place to crash for one night after a gig but wouldn't have enjoyed a longer stay.

Exceptionally clean and spacious rooms, great kitchen facilities and everything in the property was in working order from top to bottom. It is obvious that the shared bathrooms are also cleaned very regularly and I felt more than comfortable using them. Picking up the key at the property meant that no additional travel was needed, it was very easy and straightforward. I didn't arrive at the property until 11:00pm, and that wasn't an issue either. The hosts of the property frequently asked me if I was happy with everything whenever they would see me in the kitchen, and they would ask me to tell them if I needed anything, lovely people! The value that you receive for the price you pay is incomparable - highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in Manchester on a budget.

The free parking listed on the website was misleading as I got parking penalty right in front of the location. The host saw me parking on arrival & never for once informed me theres parking restrictioins until I got fined the next day.

Perfect for short stay, was there for a concert so ideal location and easy to access.

I liked that the room was clean. Towels and sheets were clean. No personch3ck in is best.

The room could have hooks on the wall. The bathroom was not clean. Toilet paper was over. Bathroom drainage was clogged. Shower system could be explained somewhere. We had to wake up someone at 10 in the night to know how the shower works.

Comfortable accommodation in a charming neighborhood

We stayed for a weekend. The house was quite cozy and the host, Saad, was very kind and made sure we felt comfortable. It’s located right next to the bus stop, so getting around is very easy. The neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, and the neighbors we met were very friendly to us. If we ever come back to the city, we’ll definitely stay in this house again!

The only downside, although there’s nothing the host could have done about it, was that on our last day we happened to share the house with a family whose children were very rude, they spent hours slamming doors and shouting while their parents did nothing about it. It was quite annoying… but that’s the risk you take when staying in shared accommodations.

I had a truly perfect experience staying in this place. The property was extremely well-managed and felt just like home. It’s located very close to the city centre, making it super convenient to access everything—from public transport to shops, restaurants, and other city facilities. The host was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was in place for a comfortable stay. Fácil, pero sucio y con fuerte olor a tabaco.

Buena ubicación. A unos 25 minutos del centro de Manchester. Con muchas opciones de autobuses para moverse. El check-in/check-out fue muy fácil. El anfitrión contestó muy rápido a todos nuestros mensajes.

El alojamiento tenia una zona común (salón-cocina) sucia. Al llegar nos encontramos con ropa de cama amontonada por la sala y la cocina sucia. El microondas muy sucio por dentro con muchos olores, la nevera con productos dudosos, abrías cajones y armarios y encontrabas restos de comida y suciedad. Daba muy poca sensación de salubridad. El baño compartido estaba mejor, con una limpieza correcta. Las alfombras del suelo daban también sensación de suciedad. Lo peor de toda la estancia fue el olor horrible a tabaco del interior de nuestra habitación. Tuvimos que comprar un ambientador para soportarlo.

Alrededor de las 23:30 de la noche un grupo de chicas empezaron a gritar y discutir en voz muy alta y dando golpes en las puertas y paredes. Aparentemente iban borrachas pero estuvieron como 40 minutos hasta que el personal del piso las echó. Además la ducha no funcionaba por la mañana y no nos pudimos duchar
