Easy to get to from central Manchester - close to bus stops. Accommodation was spotless.
Bathrooms need to have spare handwashes, etc.

Location: I knew the area before booking, so everything was as expected. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, close to schools, and feels safe.
Cleanliness: The house needs more attention when it comes to cleaning. The shared spaces are in clear need of a deep clean, and there were even spider webs in some areas.
Room: The room is quite spacious and has everything you need. The heating works well. However, the mattress and pillows are extremely uncomfortable — some of the worst I’ve ever experienced.
Bathroom: Very good, clean, and well equipped.
If the mattress were better, I would have rated the stay 9/10.
