Perfect for my 5 night stay - would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Easy to get to from central Manchester - close to bus stops. Accommodation was spotless.

Bathrooms need to have spare handwashes, etc.

Good location, but needs a deep clean and new mattresses and pillows.

Location: I knew the area before booking, so everything was as expected. The house is in a residential neighbourhood, close to schools, and feels safe. Cleanliness: The house needs more attention when it comes to cleaning. The shared spaces are in clear need of a deep clean, and there were even spider webs in some areas. Room: The room is quite spacious and has everything you need. The heating works well. However, the mattress and pillows are extremely uncomfortable — some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. Bathroom: Very good, clean, and well equipped. If the mattress were better, I would have rated the stay 9/10.

Good size of the room exactly like how it is posted. The best part is it comes with washer and dryer which work perfectly. Efficient and fast response from the owner in facilitating check in. Amenities work well.

I'm Asian and I couldn't take it with outdoor shoes in the house. Can't imagine how dirty is the carpet floor all the way into the room. It's personal culture issues. Otherwise it's a great stay.

Good place near the centre, I recommend!

A nice place not too far from the city centre, at a good price. I stayed for 3 nights. Big plus for the self check-in option during late hours — I had a late flight and arrived after midnight. Unfortunately, I had some trouble opening the front door, but someone kindly helped me. The bathroom and kitchen were clean, as was my room. Overall, it was a good stay and the staff were nice. Thank you!

In my room, and I think throughout the property, it was quite cold. I’d also mention that the front door, as noted, was difficult to open. These were the only things I didn’t like — everything else was good :)

A lovely guest house with a nice kitchen and bathrooms. Good quiet area not far from the center

It was okay. It took a while to understand how the code thing works, and other guessts had the same problems during my stay

I arrived at extremely hot night. And there was no ventilation in the room, so it was a dit uncomfortable to sleep that night

There is nothing to like about this property. They uploaded nice pictures just to deceive people. When you get there the kind of smell coming from the whole place is enough to take your life. Dirty carpet, spring of the beds broken, the linens changed colours long time. The dirtiest kitchen in the whole of Uk can be found here. The host needs to take the advert down until it’s upgraded.

Cristy the Host, RUDE & Lacks customer service Orientation. Tried to shut me up because I complained about the state of her apartment. The whole apartment is SMELLING of bad odour. Property so unkept, kitchen is dirty, bed broken covered with smelling coloured linen (old), fridge is dirty. I recommend the property to be upgraded before allowing humans to sleep there. No value for money.

Affordable comfortable place to stay

Easy parking, affordable, place looks modern and has facilities like washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer, provided hairdryers, bidets, basic cooking equipment. Heating works well and easy to operate. Generally a comfortable stay

Toilet paper provided was very cheap, thin, and ran out quickly with no sign of cleaners coming to replenish. At the end of our stay we saw a live cockroach crawling on the floors it was quite big and we caught this on video. Did surprise us as the rest of the property appeared well kept and clean but perhaps this points to hidden hygiene issues. The neighbourhood is a rougher part of Manchester

Great stay, would recommend.

The place was really nice and comfortable, and the amenities were great. It was incredibly close to stores and bus stops making it really easy to get around, and get to the city centre. I would highly recommend.

The only downside was the other tenants staying there who seemed to have an affinity for slamming doors very loudly, but other than that they were friendly.

STAY AWAY! SCAM!!

Had to leave early! This is a scam and management is incredibly rude! This is the first time in my life I am leaving a negative review for anything. We booked a room with a private bathroom but upon arrival found out there were only 2 shared bathrooms. After messaging management about this we received increasingly rude replies and no solution was offered. See below for message exchange and decide for yourself if this is a place you want to stay at: ===================== Hotel management: Only full house is private bathroom (which you did not book) Did you book through booking.com? Customer: I booked through booking.com Stating that the full house has one private bathroom as an excuse for listing this as private bathroom is nonsensical. There is an option to list this property as having a shared bathroom, which it is since the bathroom is shared between at least 4 rooms. Hotel management: there is no error on our end, you may take this further to booking.com support as you wish but there isn't anything I can do on my end Customer: We have a screenshot of the listing stating falsely that the rooms were equipped with a private bathroom. The error on your end is listing this property as having a private bathroom when there is none available only a shared bathroom. The false listing is your responsibility. Hotel management: I will confirm to you again, there is no error on our end. Please take it up with booking.com as you wish. Customer: So you confirm that there is only one bathroom available that is to be shared between all rooms, correct? Hotel management: There are two bathrooms shared between 4 bedrooms in this house. Customer: So there are 2 shared bathrooms? Hotel management: I believe that is what I said. ========================= Also when we entered the property there was a person in the living room hiding fully underneath a blanket in the dark. We know they were not sleeping because we could see them move to cover their face.

La pulizia non è il loro forte. Abbiamo trovato scarafaggi in cucina, polvere ovunque, lavastoviglie intasata per tre giorni, cibo andato a male e barattoli pieni di muffa. Dopo aver richiesto l’intervento dell’host, sono stati rapidi, ma comunque la pulizia è stata superficiale e appena sufficiente.

WLAN 👍🏼 Auf dem Fernseher konnte man auf Netflix und Amazon Prime zugreifen. 👍🏼 Wenn man selbst kochen möchte, ist man mit der Küche gut ausgestattet. 👍🏼 Als die Steckdose kaputt gegangen ist, hat mir der Gastgeber über Videocall gut geholfen damit ich das Problem lösen kann. 👍🏼 Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel war im Preis inbegriffen 👍🏼

Ich wusste vorher nicht, dass man sich die Wohnung mit 3 anderen teilen muss. Dadurch war es manchmal es lauter und die Privatsphäre war eingeschränkt. 👎🏼 Zum Glück waren die anderen Mitbewohner aber nett. Die Rollos am Schlafzimmerfenster waren ziemlich lichtdurchlässig, so dass ich leider durch die ersten Sonnenstrahlen geweckt wurde und nicht ausschlafen konnte. 👎🏼 Der Bezirk in dem die Wohnung ist, ist leider nicht so schön. Der Vorgarten vom Nachbarhaus lag voller Müll 👎🏼 Das System um die Haustür zu öffnen fand ich etwas kompliziert. Einmal gab es einen Stromausfall und zwei Tage später war die Steckdose kaputt in welcher Router und Fernseher eingesteckt waren. Um den Transfer zum Flughafen zurück muss man sich selbst kümmern. Ich hab den gleichen Fahrer genommen, der mich auch zur Wohnung hingebracht hat. Die Fahrt kostete 30 Pounds, was er mir erst sagte als ich im Auto saß, das fand ich etwas teuer und unverschämt. Zudem konnte ich den Fahrer nicht mit Karte bezahlen 👎🏼
