There was no breakfast

we arrived no carpet on the stairs The room felt unclean massive cracks in the walls there was no mini fridge or anything, we were left some bottles and towels that were wrapped in cling film The mattress was rock solid so not very comfy to sleep on, and the curtain was pressed against the radiator so the headboard would heat up when the heating was turned on The toilet seat had urine on it when we arrived and the blind for the bathroom was put up with a broom handle Yes was cheap accommodation but still for £70 a night I felt the overall property was not suitable for what it’s being used for. Also felt £5 parking when you’re on the drive is unreasonable

The proximity to the Co op arena, cleanliness, warmth from heater, and price.

Definitely not a deluxe double. It was 2 single beds (one a 'put up' bed). The shower and toilet underneath it are in the actual room, separated by a small partition wall and surrounded by a shower curtain. I think you can see this on one of the website photos, but it's worth reiterating as it's not at all private. The roof is perspex and is below a bedroom window. We were greeted with "Have you got the £5 for parking?" on the drive. I suppose, all in all, it was cheap for somewhere 20 minutes walk from the arena, and you get what you pay for. I just think people need to be aware.

Nothing. Worst place I have ever been. The Booking.com should be ashamed not vetting these people before selling. The description was nothing like the reality disgusting.

Great accommodation for the price. Local to venue attended and extremely convenient.

Perfect sized room for the duration of our stay. Friendly staff who were very welcoming and answered any queries we had. Parking on site, which was a bonus. Wifi included also. Really liked the touch of the towels in the bedroom. Clear instructions on check in/out. Accommodating of late return at night as long as the quiet times were respected. Accommodation was very clean. Bathroom was well maintained and cared for.

Very poor, unsuitable, didn't feel safe

Arrived to find front door open but nobody about, tried phoning but twice got no reply so contacted booking.com. When owner finally arrived we had to wait in lounge/kitchen (which is also used for guests to sleep in btw)! When he finally showed us the room it was tiny with a small double pushed up against the wall meaning whoever slept against the wall would have to climb over the other which isn't acceptable for a couple let alone my sister and I. There was a tiny table in the corner by the window and a rather horrid lamp on the window sill leaving no room to walk around the end of the bed. There was a lock on the door but with the front door being left open all night we didn't feel safe especially as it was a shared bathroom. When I explained how unsuitable the room he said sorry this is it. Apart from another upstairs bedroom there is a consevatory/leanto which isn't very big but has 2 single really old looking beds pushed together, curtains don't meat in the middle so no privacy and apparently has its own toilet. The kitchen is shared, it too is tiny and if there are people sleeping in there wouldn't be usable. We ended up driving home. Luckily booking.com customer service is great and we are being refunded.

Don't book the deluxe double room. There was nothing deluxe about it.

The ease of self check in.

The toilet without a door, the shower was not big enough for a child and was over the toilet, with no shower tray, so the water would just come into your room. The bed was about 1.5 metres away, if that. The curtains were on the other side of the French doors and some woman kept moving them and looking into the room. The room as far from a deluxe than you could get. Zero privacy, the curtains didn't even meet in the middle. There was an extension lead connected to an extension lead. The dehumidifier with a huge condenser tube hanging out of an open window. 2 small thin blankets to keep you warm. Extremely uncomfortable. We left after 30 mins.

I strongly advise you steer well clear it was not good!

the accommodation was not the same as shown in the listing when booked in January, the room was tiny, a very uncomfortable small double bed pushed up against the wall, a tacky bedside table, desk with one chair a lamp and a small fan, the curtains didn't cover the window properly and and were so thin that by 4am when it would have been light out the room would be too light to sleep, that's if you'd got any sleep on the rock hard bed, the room was so small that both of us could not have stood up and moved around at the same time, 2 most certainly would not have been able to get dressed at the same time and there would never have been room for a small bag or suitcase, the room smelt strongly of smoke, whether that be from a previous guest or from outside we didn't know, unfortunately we quickly decided this was not going to be acceptable for many reasons and swiftly left the property and luckily managed to book a room at a local Premier Inn, I am pursuing a refund as the accommodation was not as described, was not adequate and was certainly not appropriate for more than one person!

Very disappointing, so bad I only stayed 1 night and found alternative for additional 2 nights.

At least the place was clean.

The entrance on arrival looked like a building site, as did the garden with views. I Was given a foldout bed with a thin foam mattress stuck in the corner of the downstairs front room, and half in the kitchen. The bed and sleeping arrangements were totally unacceptable, and I can’t believe anyone would actually think this is acceptable to charge paying guests.

Die Unterkunft ist eine Frechheit

So etwas habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Das Zimmer ist ein Wintergarten. Ein paar dünne Wände aufgestellt, eine Klomuschel und Brause auf 0,5m2 ohne Waschbecken. Das Dach ein dünne Plastikplatten. Bei Außentemperaturen um die 0 Grad, hatte es innen trotz Heizstrahler gerade mal 10 Grad. Eiskalter Boden. Kaltes Bett. Im Haus brannte die ganze Nacht Licht. Der Vorhang zu dünn. Im Wintergarten war es hell. Eiskalte Fließen. Das Wasser überall im Zimmer, auch wenn man sehr vorsichtig duschte. Und ich fror die ganze Nacht, weil wir nur für eine Nacht im Manchester waren und ich keine geeignete Schlafkleidung mit hatte und nicht mit der Kleidung vom Tag schlafen wollte. 10 Grad sind eine Frechheit. Auch das Fehlen eines Waschbeckens halte ich für nicht tragbar. Auf der Booking Seite sind noch weitere Angaben, die nicht erfüllt wurden: Kühlschrank, Bügeleinrichtungen, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee- und Teezubehör, Bügeleisen, Zimmer mit Verbindungstür verfügbar, Mikrowelle, Küchenutensilien, Küchenzeile, Schrank, Toaster

Chambre dans une véranda, à fuir

Ce n'est pas une chambre, mais une veranda. Aucune séparation entre les sanitaires et la chambre (un petit mur). Pas de lavabo. La douche est sur les toilettes et on la voit de l'extérieur. Tous les murs sont en verre et les rideaux ne couvrent pas tout. Les lits sont petits et peu confortables. Il fait globalement très chaud (c'est une véranda...) Le propriétaire ne veut pas vous expliquer comment rentrer sous prétexte que vous avez "reçu les instructions" (par mail, pas pratique si on n'a pas de 4g). Il suit vos mouvements. Étant venu pour un concert et en ayant lu les commentaires, nous pensons qu'il essaye de rentabiliser sa maison en mettant des lits là où il peut et en appelant ça une "chambre". Nous avons du prendre un hôtel car on ne se sentait en aucun cas à l'aise à dormir ici.
