Just pay a bit more for somewhere legit

Completely run down building that is in effect a homeless shelter. Shirtless middle-aged men talking to nobody (schizophrenia?) and smoking. Would strongly recommend against staying, especially for women for safety reasons.

Never again.

It was gross, litter all over the floor. ANIMALS inside the bedrooms. Insects in the bathroom, mold over the shower and sinks. The whole house smelled like pee. We felt so uncomfortable. The room we booked wasn’t done when we arrived LATE in the evening, mugs, used forks and plates all over the room. The bed was still in the place the old owner left. The toilet didn’t had a lock and there was no toilet paper. This was the worst place I’ve ever had to sleep at.

I have stayed in cheaper cleaner places around manchester.

There was no parking as stated on the booking. only street parking down the road. The number to the key code box I was sent was wrong, there were people in the house already who wouldn't open the door to me. I was struggling to get into the property. Eventually, someone opened the door and said that the keys are in the bedroom door upstairs. This meaning if there was no one in I would not have been able to get into the property. the room was basic, that was okay as I was only there for work. The bed had been slept in as the sheets were crumpled and there was hair in the bed and on the pillow. no WiFi as stated when I ticked Wifi and parking with my choice of booking.

It was smellie and the front and the back garden looked like something out of Steptoe and Son, but worse. The fact that someone had slept in the bed before me, made me feel horrified, I nearly went and looked for somewhere else to stay, only that it was 21;30 and I was just done a 12-hour shift and had to get up at 06.30 to do another.
