Really good value for money, clean and equipped. Owner was really nice and let us stay longer for our check out. Really close to arena with outside street parking.
Nothing really, toilet seat was cracked when we got there but wasn't an issue. Good stay!

Lo acogedor que era y la tranquilidad de la ubicación.
El baño no está integrado en la habitación y no había luz en nuestra planta. La ducha es bastante mediocre, el calentador funcionaba mal y el agua no salía con presión. Las almohadas son incómodas.

The bed was very comfortable and the wifi was fast! It was nice to have the TV which could connect to Netflix, Disney+ etc
There weren’t any additionals in the bathroom e.g. shower gel. The ‘hot’ tap on the sink only produced cold water and also the fan in the bathroom could be fairly loud and didn’t sound like it was running properly. The heater didn’t work and nor did the lamp.

Property was only a 10 minute drive to Heaton Park. Communication with the property was very good, quick replies. Managed to pay for early check in.
Our room was changed a few days before checking in. Room smelt of sweat as soon as we walked in. Hole in the wall, extractor fan was hanging off the wall. The smell coming from the toilet sewage was disgusting. Was awake most of the night due to the sound of an extractor fan coming from another room.
