Great location, close to Cornbrook tram. Quiet are with parking. Dan was a great host, very friendly and helpful. Check in was easy.
Would be good to have a lock on the bedroom door.

The room and bathroom facilities were immaculate. Host was away but communicated all instructions to access the room.

The room was great and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Dan was super nice and friendly. He was very flexible with check in and out times which really made our stay so easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on our next Manchester visit
