Everything! Dan was a fantastic host and the little details he added into the room were a lovely touch. The room is very clean and quiet, the bathroom very clean and the bed very comfy! There is a tram stop opposite to get into the centre quickly or its a lovely 30 minute walk down the canal 😊 Would definitely recommend staying here!

Lovely host

The room was great and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Dan was super nice and friendly. He was very flexible with check in and out times which really made our stay so easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on our next Manchester visit

Dan and his house are both lovely.

This is my second stay here... and it will be one of the first places we check when we come to Manchester for concerts. We didn't check the location distance from the concert this time but it ended up being 1 tram stop, last time it was 4 tram stops, which is obviously an ideal location. There is a tram station 5 minutes walk away... Which when your neuro spicy like me is great because trams and trains are easier to navigate than buses. There is a coop directly across the street too for food or snacks. Shower is nice and spacious, although for a simpleton like me whose own shower is just basic, it takes a little experimenting If you are just looking for somewhere clean, secure, comfy and quiet to get your head down - it really is ideal. And genuinely that mattress is so comfortable, I considered asking about it. Dan is really friendly too... Although next time, I do require my towel folded into an elephant Dan😁

There is nothing not to like. It's exceptional value and I plan to check this venue for availability next time I am in Manchester.

Weekend at Dan's

Ideal location for my trip walking distance to city centre and Old Trafford. The room and bathroom were excellent clean neat and tidy. Coffee and tea in the room , clean towels provided etc

Great price and location

The location was great, close to Manchester centre, close to a tram station. Clean, and a good price. The room and bathroom was clean, comfortable, and there was coffee and sweets. I plan to check out this accommodations availability each time I have a gig close by.

It was a little tricky to find, even with the helpful pictures sent by the host. None of the locals could even tell me for sure, I think a little Google earth view map would be useful. I did not get my elephant made from towels.... When I inevitably book again, I need my elephant.

Perfect

Nice place strategically located between the stadium and the city centre (25 mins from both). Dan is a very nice and pleasant host who readily helped me throughout the whole check in and check out. Room was tidy and clean. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, clean and overall great!

Very clean room and bathroom and bed was so comfy! Dan was really friendly and welcoming and gave us lots of help with local travel and parking etc. All of our needs were met, very happy with our stay :)

Only thing we could say was that there was no lock for the bedroom which we would’ve liked, just for privacy reasons, however we did feel very safe during our stay.

The room was cleaned and you could tell that Dan takes care of the details so that you feel cozy like you’re at home. Dan is such an amazing person, he’s caring and has such a good energy! Location is also great, you can easily walk (2 minutes) to the tram station that takes you straight to the city centre. Overall I’d be definitely saving this property for when I come back to Manchester, Dan’s House is my go-to.

Perfect for a game weekend.

Dan is a lovely person and a great host. Make the guest feel comfortable in the house. The room and bathroom are clean and smelling good. The room has a wardrobe, a minibar and a one of those electric water kettle to make tea or coffee. The location is perfect for using the Tram both to reach the city center and to go to Old Trafford Stadium.

the only thing at all that we would change would be the curtains, they let in too much light in the morning😂 , also maybe a lock on the door.
