The room was great and well equipped. Very clean and tidy. Dan was super nice and friendly. He was very flexible with check in and out times which really made our stay so easy. Would definitely recommend and would stay again on our next Manchester visit

Everything! Dan was a fantastic host and the little details he added into the room were a lovely touch. The room is very clean and quiet, the bathroom very clean and the bed very comfy! There is a tram stop opposite to get into the centre quickly or its a lovely 30 minute walk down the canal š Would definitely recommend staying here!

This is my second stay here... and it will be one of the first places we check when we come to Manchester for concerts.
We didn't check the location distance from the concert this time but it ended up being 1 tram stop, last time it was 4 tram stops, which is obviously an ideal location.
There is a tram station 5 minutes walk away... Which when your neuro spicy like me is great because trams and trains are easier to navigate than buses. There is a coop directly across the street too for food or snacks.
Shower is nice and spacious, although for a simpleton like me whose own shower is just basic, it takes a little experimenting
If you are just looking for somewhere clean, secure, comfy and quiet to get your head down - it really is ideal. And genuinely that mattress is so comfortable, I considered asking about it.
Dan is really friendly too... Although next time, I do require my towel folded into an elephant Danš
There is nothing not to like. It's exceptional value and I plan to check this venue for availability next time I am in Manchester.
