Absolutely recommended

The accommodation is great for students and for connecting with others. The location is excellent, and the communal areas, laundry facilities and gym are all well equipped

They forgot to provide towels

Avoid if not a student

This listing is a scam. They will say non-students are welcome in summer then turn around less than 24 hours before your stay and say you need student ID. Have raised this with booking.com but they don't do anything about it. Just book somewhere else for your own sanity.

Lovely staff was a decent stay for a weekend

Room was spacious and clean staff were very friendly and helpful

Provided utensils like ladels and mashers but no basic cutlery like spoons for tea, just an odd choice, a bin bag would also be nice, TV also didn't work properly

Great little studio flat. Perfect for our three day stay. The gym was decent too.

The room was exceptionally hot and there were no fans available. You had to leave ID at reception to borrow an iron or hairdryer. There were no ironing boards.

perfect for students (or people around that age), but would've liked more things to cook with.

what i liked most was how lively the accommodation was. if i got back around midnight i felt safe because multiple people were still awake, the atmosphere felt lively still.

only a pot and a pan to cook, so you could barely (in my opinion) cook anything. too little utensils, there was also one fork and there were two of us so we had to buy plastic utensils. also no spices, which was very inconvenient, making it hard to cook.

I’ve stayed here many times but this time it was horrid The room was dirty when I checked in The bed was stained, bathroom was filthy, no toilet roll It was full of other people’s things Felt like it was an ex evicted flat

One of the reception staff was great. A woman. The other two guys on reception during the weekend were not unpleasant, but they were clearly students and didn't appear to have had any customer service or hospitality training.

Good stay, though the last day was concerning due to a room security issue.

The location is very convenient, and the facilities are good. The room is simple but comfortable, with everything needed for a basic stay (just sleep and shower).

Unfortunately, on the last day, I came back after being out all day to find the door to my room left open. It was clear that someone had been inside and had moved some of my personal belongings, all without any prior notice or explanation. This was quite unsettling and negatively affected my overall experience.

Cancelled my booking just before my arrival so that I cannot claim free cancellation.

they are a student only accomodation. Nowhere on their booking.com page - in the description they mention this. Its a way to trick people. In the fine print, they write "primarily a student accomodation". However, still they cancelled my booking just before my arrival and charged the entire amount. Booking.com should take an action against them as this is cheating.

Wonder Quiet and Safe Stay

Very quiet and comfortable stay. It is most definitely what an American would call living in a "dorm suite" which what it is. You have a fine kitchen to use, wonderful views of the city, and everything you would need for a long term stay. The building is very secure. And I mean very. FOB access to almost everywhere and everything. Not a bad thing in this world of today. Building had all sorts of things to do, gym, billiards, ping pong, and even a "movie area". I didn't use them due to my busy days but very nice. The staff there were more than wonderful So great to help with anything. I really appreciated it! If I ever come to Manchester again, I will most definitely stay here. Oh, and very close to public transportation.

There were no bags in the bins anywhere. I had my own, but most people are slobs and could really dirty out a place die to stupidity. This is not really a dislike, just a reminder that you need rubbage bags in their containers.
