I left v early both days so made my own in the room kitchenette.

Nothing, the room and facilities were what I expected.

On a positive note, the hotel was clean and felt safe throughout our stay. Its location was also convenient, with good access to the city centre and nearby attractions.

We arrived at the hotel and checked in at around 8:00 PM. As soon as we entered the room, we noticed that the double bed was far too small for two adults. It was so cramped that we had to sleep in opposite directions just to fit on the bed. This meant my companion’s feet were close to my face throughout the night, and even the slightest movement could have caused us to accidentally hit each other. This was especially difficult for my mother, who has a physical disability, and it made getting a proper night’s sleep almost impossible for her. The second issue was the bathroom sink. It had a serious leak underneath, and even after washing our hands for just a few seconds, a large amount of water would collect on the floor. I had to use our own towels to dry the floor every time, and the constantly wet surface created a real slipping hazard. Another problem was the fridge and freezer. The doors had been installed incorrectly, opening in opposite directions, so they collided with each other whenever we tried to open the freezer. As a result, the freezer was practically unusable. Since we were staying during the summer, having access to cold water and ice was something we expected, so this was very inconvenient. I reported all of these issues to the night receptionist as soon as we arrived. He kindly gave us a mop bucket so we could deal with the leaking water ourselves and said that maintenance would be informed the following day. Before leaving the hotel the next morning, I reported the same problems again to two other members of staff, one lady and one gentleman. Unfortunately, nothing was done that day. On the second evening, a staff member named Shahbanoo, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and professional, listened to our concerns and came to inspect the room herself. Thanks to her efforts, the maintenance team finally came on the third day to fix the problems.
