No tv

Inside the property was nice enough. It was clean and comfortable. There was also access to a shared kitchen with space in the fridge/freezer. The bathroom was clean with a good walk in shower which did the job in the morning. The location of the property meant that we were closed to 24h parking facilities (6 quid for 24 hrs) and within 6 minutes walking distance of Jimmy's bar (as a point of reference). The room we had slept 3, the 3rd being a type of camp bed. Don't let that put you off because it was sturdy, with a firm mattress making it comfortable. No squeaks or uncomfortable protrusions. We would stay there again.

The street the property is on and the main building/access door feels run down, but we had no issues and once inside, the property was pleasant enough.

Bedroom was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was good. Shower is very spacious. Surrounding area was quite quiet. No noisy trams etc going past. No parking immediately outside, but there is an NCP carpark within a few 100m that cost £6 for 24hrs (RingGo = Manchester Crown Industrial Estate 43135)There is a bigger better/one for around £17, but the cheap one was fine amd i could pay on the app. Uber to coop live arena was around £4/£5, or walk was 30 mins.

Front door was a bit tricky to close and lock from outside. Probably just needs adjusting. Location isnt glamorous, but served a purpose for our 1 night stay.

There wasn’t a Tv. Just a bed, sofa, wardrobe and bathroom.
